I agree with you completely. It isn't the gun so much as the lack of responsibility on the parents that caused this tragedy.

Edit: and for the record, I am at work when I read and post and can't play my PS3 here...I can however play the superior versions of the 360 games here on my PC
I don't think that the 360 does have enough "value" to give it the edge over the PS3 and the volume of sales seems to reflect that.
Even if you follow amazon.com you can see that the 60gig version of the 360 is more popular than the 20 gig version even though the 60gig is 50 bucks more.

So apparently my "paranoia" and "fanboyness" are founded with people like you, who instead of debating "logically", you choose the "oh yeah, well what about when this thing happened that one time to those people". So who is the defensive one?
It would seem that 360 fans can't pick on the PS3, so they have to resort to finding anything Sony related. What is more annoying is that this article explains very little. It doesn't describe the models affected and I had to do my own research to find out how much of this is true and to what extent the damages are.

I thought that it does have offline co-op...I read somewhere that it has split-screen co-op.
