Serious fun to jump back into this game last night. Psyched to spend more time with it. Its gorgeous.
Don't know much about this game but it looks cool
I'm still not convinced about the whole VR thing. It seems too much like after the Wii came out and everyone jumped on Kinect and Eyetoy games, then like 2 years later everyone realized the technology wasn't there at all yet, they were cranking out nothing but garbage, and forgot all about motion controls. (Except Nintendo, of course.....sigh)
I'm really psyched for this game. I feel like this is a great blend.
This looks like an interesting little game, but I'm not sure how long it'd hold my interest when compared to something like Mario Kart.
Times like these, I'm glad I never got into this series. Rough.
@maybelovehate is something really an "indy" when its making 3 mil in funding?
So you didn't actually read the piece you're commenting on, huh?
Awesome title is awesome
Such a disappointment. What is it with companies boning creators, then no one being able to get their act together afterward? Konami, Capcom, what's next? Miyamoto is going to leave Nintendo to create a game about a Spanish Electrician who jumps on Gecko's and eats Peppers?
Supremo Mario Bros. Release date: Spring 2020.

I don't think anything about this review is trying to steer people away from purchasing RR, just warning them about some of the missteps Rare made while making it. Its pretty silly to port an N64 version of a game that they already remade for Xbox, and having no indication that the collection chews up 50GB is pretty insane, especially given that the vast majority of the games in the collection can't possibly be larger than a few MB.
basically agree with everything you said. It's an interesting, cool decision on their part, because seriously, screw Dinklebot, but it really doesn't matter at all. As I said in the piece, what really stinks is that you can see that there's a ton of really interesting, cool stuff going on in the Destiny Universe, they're just making a point to hide it all from us for whatever reason, whether it be laziness or hopes that we'll all download the app?
If Dinklage hadn't been half asleep when he was recording, or phoning it it so hard, he probably would have been fine.
Time to create 35 Gauss Cannon Warthogs to swarm the enemy base. So many game-breaking strategies in the first game.
I think the game will benefit from the inclusion of a narrator that isn't bored out of his mind, but no one is saying this fixes all (or any) of the problems the game has. Its one positive thing is a sea of total F ups.
So, what you're really saying is "Some people just want to watch the world burn"?
Yo, scalebound. Me want.
I still think this whole thing is a hoax to drum up publicity. The whole thing is convoluted and confusing, but apparently interesting to a large group of people (just like MGS...) Smells too strongly of Kojima.
Technically I don't, but I'm making an assumption based on the lack of functional sale for the better part of yesterday, and the fact that because it lives in the shadow of MGSV and was only announced 5 days ago, a good majority of the people reading might not even know this exists.
Anyway, JUST GO PLAY IT. ITS AWESOME :)
