I love my PS3 and all the stuff it has coming out for it but I'm sure that Microsoft will announce some stuff for the 360 during E3. I know the PS3 has great software next year but if they can combine it with a price cut, it would help.

The overall game of the year will probably be GTA IV or Fallout 3 since their both multiplatform. I doubt a 360 or PS3 exclusive will win GOTY on any major sites.

I've played KH 1 and 2 while I've never even finished a FF game, so I actually care about KH. But still when's the last time Square Enix astounded?
If the PS3 doesn't have a feature you bash it, if it does get that feature you bash it because it hasn't been fully implemented to your liking in the few months its out. Either way you have an excuse to bash the PS3.
Sony knows it needs to cut prices at some point. If making a slimed down version of the PS3 will save them money and allow them to drop the price I don't see why they wouldn't do it. $300 sounds like it would be just about right.
Because then everyone would just wait for that. This way they can get some people to buy the 360 version in Japan while the PS3 owners play WKC and then release Star Ocean when there is less competition on the PS3 with maybe some extra content.
If you read the article the guy says "We don't see it (avatar clothing) as being a tremendous source of revenue.". I don't think Sony is thinking "Were gonna make millions of clothes in Home!" Its stupid to think so. Basically this guy is a fanboy, neither company is really gonna profit from it.
That Hardware 2 rumour was apparently not real or so everyone says. I don't mind if they make a Warhawk 2 though. Should be very epic if they double the size to 64 players online.
Who said anything about an MMO? Although I hope they reveal something about Kratos's brother in this game. That looked really interesting, a co-op mode with him and Kratos would be really cool.

See it always comes down to this, personal preference. You seem to be having problems that I don't have like slow download speeds. The process of downloading and installing is the same on both consoles. Its just that its done with 2 separate steps on the PS3 instead of one steps. And I don't know which arcade game you downloaded but games like SSHD and PJ Eden only require keys not a download of the entire game.

While I agree with some of the things you said. There are a couple things I have problems with.
1. Its a common misconception that the PSN is light years behind Live. The same argument you use for the Arcade I can use for Live. Why do I want to pay $50 a year for a bunch of features I'll never use when all I want to do is play online? The PSN offers most of the features of Live at no charge.

Especially with Sony, they'll probably do something similar to what they did with the PS2. Have a console that doesn't have the very best hardware but focus on the software library instead. It will have better graphics than the PS3 but I wouldn't expect a massive jump.
I watch some shows on my laptop but I watch a lot of stuff using the PS3 browser because I get the bigger screen and its great especially with the new full screen support through the last firmware update.
