that you didn't pick your name as a joke about aspergers syndrome. Anyways, I don't think there really is a PS2 this generation. Since it had sales like the Wii but had a great library of games that covered all genres thoroughly. I guess the Wii is closest sales wise but it doesn't have a good mix of genres.
Its 2009 and X-Play is still going off the old "PS3 has no games." mentality?! Grow up and just review the freaking game, no one cares about the "sly" remarks against the PS3.
Games that come on the PC and 360 are always called exclusives so I think this would point against it being just on the 360 or PC. Until I hear a direct quote specifically stating its coming to the PC and 360 only I'll assume EA will act like they always do and make it multiplatform. If not oh well, I'm not quite so sure whats so special about ME but I guess a lot of people like it.
WKC came out about a month ago in only one country and I'm sure its well on it sway to catching up to LO.
If you read the article the guy from Gametrailers said don't treat it as Megaton news just some interesting new info you might want to keep an eye out for. Lets not blow this out of proportion.
But Versus is probably not coming out till 2010 or maybe even later so there's no point in talking about it now. But if it has a KH battle system I'm gonna be all over it.
A few million people would probably disagree with you. Like maybe the people that bought the games.
I'm sure he's a hero unit for your army or something.
The things that made the System and Bioshock games so great was its atmosphere fueled by the fact that you were exploring a place where something had gone horrible wrong. You didn't know what though and it kinda had that touch of the unknown. However all the mystique and mystery behind Rapture will be gone if they just do a simple sequel. I can only hope they manage to pull it off right and I really hope it turns out as great as Bioshock.
Since when did scoring in the 9's become a let down? I think a lot of people knew it wasn't going to get a 10.
But I wasn't blown away graphically by it but the gameplay looks interesting. I haven't bought a final fantasy game yet but maybe this will be the first. Its a long time away anyways so we'll see.
Its ridiculous how inefficient Sony is at some parts of their online service. Why not just have one group that does quality testing for all of PSN. Breaking things down between SCEA, SCEJ, and SCEE is just too inefficient. They should consolidate and streamline the process of submitting games to the PSN.
This article seems really contradicting. On one hand it asks if Japan has taken hold of the 360 but goes on to say its best selling game sold 200k and has been out over 2 years and has 1 game from last year cracking the top 100 of 2008.
But Flower is going to be more interactive since its not one huge cutscene like Linger In the Shadows.
But it sounds like the general consensus is that its awesome. I'm actually planning on getting this one. Since it has more replayability with the co-op. Unless the campaign is really short, in which case it will be a rent like RE4.
Microsoft came up with the idea but Sony put their own twist on it that I think improves it. But there's nothing stopping MS from tweaking their system which they might do. The only real difference is its easier to tell at a first glance from trophies how skilled a player is.
They should be commended for not bashing a game thats not on the 360. It would've been very easy to go the other route.
I don't expect this to sell a million in a week. But I do expect it to get there much faster than R2 or LBP, maybe even MGS4. For some reason PS3 owners tend to buy games later and not on day 1. However if there is any game that could cause many PS3 gamers to buy it week 1, its Killzone.
There is a ridiculous amount of themes, motifs, and allusions to different things in LOTR especially the books.
I loved Coral Sea, I had some of the best dogfights and general flying fun in that level. The other BF's are okay but like you said about the jets, they're too fast. BF 2142 wasn't too bad though, it was my second favorite after 1942
