Combat Training Mode(something the article failed to even mentioned) is the Only reason I am giving the COD franchise another chance. Without it I would not even be touching Black Ops.
Actually that lineup looks like it would very successful financially for THQ. Though I am not personally interested in any those games it still looks like a lineup that will be very successful for THQ.
Actually that is totally false. Reviews would still be just as relevent. People don't want to waste their time on bad games. I know I sure don't.
Also a game might be bad for the first few hours, and then turn into a great game. So you would still need a reviews to know this.
Oct is NOT less crowded. There are actually FAR more games coming out in Oct then Nov.

November is already crammed to the limit. There is no room for LBP2 best option is for Sony to just delay til 1st Quarter 2011.
Its not just GT5 its also Black Ops, and Brotherhood. It would be totally foolish for Sony to put LBP2 up against the 3 big bats below. LBP2 would strike out big time.

Sony is not missing the Holiday. They got a HUGE seller in Gran Turismo 5. Which will be the biggest selling PS3 game this entire generation.

There is just no way that Sony is going to kill LBP2 by letting it go up against that lineup. Smarter heads will prevail at Sony, and LPB2 will be delayed til 1st quarter 2011.
Where is the AI can the enemies fight back? Without that those games are totally pointless.
Um no the DW games never done well on the Xbox. Even when the PS3 had a FAR smalelr userbase the DW games didnt sell well on the 360.
Its a great descision to just focus on the PS3, and try to get as much as they can out of the system. This tells me they are taking DW7 seriously.
Sadly there is a decent chance the game gets delayed. This is the first time they have put multiplayer in, and now they all sudden have delayed the beta til Oct 4 just a month and half before the game comes out.
I wish they would just stick to single player. I will pretty upset if this gets delayed because of multiplayer.

IF I get this game it will be for one reason, and one reason only. The new AI Bot Mode. That is the only reason I might give the COD franchise one more chance.
ODST only sold 5.60 million. Halo Reach will certainly do more then that, but it certainly will not do 10 million. I think Reach does 7.5 million, and GT5 does 9 million.
Black Ops will have a big drop in sales compared to MW2, but Reach will also have far less sales then Halo 3, but will certainly have more sales then ODST
Wow you must be on crack if you think GT5 will sell between 12-15 million. GT5 will probably sell about 9 million, and Halo Reach will porbably sell 7.5 million
By the way MW2 sold more on the 360 then even Halo 3 did.

As far as sales it peaked with Modern Warfare 2. It will never come to close to thos kind of sales again, and will start a massive downward spiral in sales.
Not a chance. Black Ops will sell a LOT less then what MW2. The franchise will now start its downward spiral.

I had very mixed feelings. Red Dead Dull was the biggest dissapointment this generation. Most of the game was just dull, and boring. The game doesn't even deserve to sell 250k.

AC3 will NOT be the last game in the series. I guarantee you their will be a AC4, AC5, AC6 and ect.
