And that's not even the full list of games they have given away. Street Fighter 4, Star hawk, Double Dragon and Resident Evil 5 are some for the ps3 of the top of my head that I don't see on your list.
Xbots just need to shut up and accept the consequences of their own actions. Just saying.
I find Tale Tale grossly overated. I bough TWD on steam on the cheap so it didn't affected me much IMO the game was alright. Played it once and never looked back, unistalled and everything. So yeah meh.
Ok cool. Let's see if all that people put there money where their mouth/mouse is.
And where is the evidence that it's #1 on greenlight? Is there some kind of list of popularity of something like that?
@morganfell
"So you see I am not the one marking you as an anti-Sony troll, you are doing a fine job of that all on your lonesome. Far be it from me to interfere with a craftsman."
So eloquent, so poetic. I take my hat of in your presence.
People forget that Sony is a multimedia company, so putting dlna and mkv on the PS4 would be counter productive. I mean the main reason people want it is so they can stream their pirated movies and tv shows, a lot of which, could be produced or published by Sony. Microsoft has nothing to loose so they went for it.
"Microsoft has done very well trying to counter what they thought Sony's approach would be to this gen based off of last gen."
They have always been a me too company. For the 360 they tried to be what the PS2 was with the 3rd party support, Devil may cry, Resident evil, Final fantasy etc, so Sony beat them with their 1st party exclusives. Now for the Xbone they thought exclusives is the way to go but they had no 1st party so they paid for Titanfall, Ryse, Dead r...
maybe cause it's what's been happening for the last, I don't know, 8 years ish. Only 2 games exclusive to ps3 where reviewed fairly, Uncharted 2 and The Last Of Us. Activision could put a gun on a big pile of crap and to the media it was amazing. I can still remember when Rachet and Clack was voted down for having too much variety while the same person started a Halo review with "It's the same Halo we all love". Sony's exclusives always had to be above and beyond...
What? It's simple, it comes down to 4 letters S, O, N, Y.
Born in 77 here. Been playing since the atari days. but my addiction were the arcades those days. God knows how much money I spent playing Kung Fu, Shaolin Road, TMNT, and of coarse SFII. But when it comes to consoles nothing gives me that nostalgia feeling like remembering the first time I saw Ninja Gaiden 2's box art at my local Woolworth's, ohhh and the first time I saw MK2 arcade. I remember none of my friends believed me and though I was lying when I told them that a guy called K...
well watch twitch.tv/capcomfighters this weekend so you can witness the Capcom Cup with a $50,000 Prize Pool. And that is not even the most attended Fighting game tournament. Evo has over 2,000 entries yearly just for Street Fighter 4.
Most people here aren't aware of how big SF4 really is and how it saved and revived the fighting game genre. It even created a lot of new carriers and businesses like pretty much saving madcatz and other companies like hori, eight arc, qanb...
I'm sorry but Yoshinori Ono san himself said that THEY as in Capcom approached Sony not the other way around.
Probably not much. Sony was a sponsor of last year and this year's EVO, so I don't see why they wouldn't for next year one.
Only SF4, UMVC3, Injustice and KI are run on xbox. Persona, Under night, Blaze Blue, Tekken, Guilty Gear, King of Fighters, Soul Calubur ect. are run on PS3.
Quick question is there a limit to the amount of people you can ignore?
OT: And the media hate for everything Sony continues...
street fighter numbers have always been roman.
Wait, is there actual proof that there is a "deal" between Sony and Capcom concerning the game? I'm not saying it's not possible but creating an article based on an assumption and treating that information as fact is not proper or "journalistic" at all.
Totally agree, sort of. The xbox 360 was the lead development platform for the previous game. As a result the PS3 port suffered from it.
The 360 version is preferred competitively because in this game at the highest competitive level every frame counts and the PS3 version had minor frame hiccups, very rarely but that is enough to change the outcome of a match at that level.
That's because Alienware have been sponsoring the stations at some of the events, but to be fear most Fighting game events have being played on xbox. This year's EVO was on PS3 but it was announced that next year's is going to be on xbox. unless Sony comes up with a sponsoring deal, Who knows what will happen.
Because it's BS?
