Did Halo 3 or Reach had the crazy hate campaign from the media that GT5 had the pleasure overcome?
Whats more, did GT5 had the crazy add campaign that Halo whatever always has? Just saying.
hate it when ppl call this clik clik clik BS hack and slash or action.
They look like plastic to me.
not to mention not needing AA cause of the screen size and resolution.
@Dragonshardz
What does Halo do to innovate? What does Gear do to innovate? What does COD does to innovate? For all dose games (and hundreds more) it's ok to be more of the same but for Uncharted or any ps3 exclusive it's not.
Just think about it. Every game has something borrowed from another. Even Flower is nothing more that another Lair at heart just with a deferent art style and objective. It's nothing but BS use by people to down play a game ...
why not show me something that looks as good as gt5 on pc BUT with 512mb of ram?
that's no dlc that was a patch.
I completely disagree. People this days think a review is an opinion piece when in fact it should be an informative one.
If a reviewer is going to review GT5 it should be review as a sim not just a racing game. You wouldn't review Mario Galaxy the same way you would Gow3 even when both are 3rd person action adventure games.
You review Mario as a platformer and Gow as an action game (not as a hack and slash). A review should be an objective information so...
Bad idea. MAG gets good after lvl 15 or so, especially with the new currency system.
The game is awesome but the balance issues killed it (fl0ck sver).
It's simple on XBL you pay to play online so you will play online or else you'll feel like you're wasting your money. On PSN you play online whenever you feel like it. That and there's no question that live feels more alive than PSN so people with both systems will be drawn to play online more on XBL, not that PSN is bad but its more like a separate thing where as for XBL is an integral part of the 360.
@swinesucker
Actually I disagree. GT5 is running on a tweaked GT5P engine which was created prior 2008. It seams like PD experimented and added MLAA at the very last and you can see that it is a pour implementation of it (pixelated particles around car edges and Hud map) sort of like what The Saboteur had. Now this is my speculation the AA thing but it is very possible IMO.
I can very much believe that GT5 uses no more that 50% of the PS3 power jet again the...
I say w8 and invest on a ffb wheel. Playing GT5 with a controller is plating half the game. It makes a huge difference.
It works great and is very useful. You just have to get used to it. works better with a big screen (I have a 40" which i seat at about 3.5 feet away from).
@kaveti6616
You clearly have not play the game.
What i want to know is if people forgot that the PS3 has a optical output. Now, i do not know if is possible to output 3D sound that way, but it is an alternative.
but i doubt it, anyway i don't really care. I enjoyed GT5p to infinity and beyond without damage or rims swaping and with only a hand full of cars and tracks so, GT5 can only get better from there.
what is ppls obsession with damage FFS.
wrong, during replay you can switch cinematic view with any of the gameplay views and add hud or live it without it.
huge monsters were part of MH1 long before LP.
@Inception & chaos
Nope it's cause when sony started show all there guns since 2008 all 360 fans had was sales to defend their choice. Instead of just buying a PS3 FFS.
