Can't understand how people think $250 is too much and yet they pay much more for an iphone. The Vita is more powerfull and does the same except making phone calls (although it has skype) but that's right you're not able to brag about it when you pull it out like with the iphone.
Show me any $300 pc doing 3d.
the only reason that you cant play every game on the ps3 via remote play is because sony leaves that to the devs, but my point is that it has been done before. Lair, PixelJunk Monsters, critter crunch and any ps1 downloaded or fisical game are playable with the psp.
Lets not forget about Killswitch.

ehhhh remote play enyone? you know like you can do with the psp or vita and the ps3?
I agree this is not BC, but i think the title is miss leading and people are missing the point. I see this as a way for sony to give people the opportunity to play ps2 classics on an easy and convenient way, not to mention having access to games that could be difficult to find.

The videogame industry (hate the word "gaming" since it's part of the state of thins) is a joke now days. Games are made for noobs that don't put on the time and effort that it used to take to be good at it. And the media OMG, i think they are more responsible for the studios closure than "gamers" do, or should i say real video game enthusiasts.
Not a fan of having to pay for the game and paying to play it on top of that. If it had some kind of offline mode where i can enjoy the game i PAYED for and then having the option of taking it online for a fee that would be better.
maybe they're doing it to include an online pass so people buy the game new. Just throwing it out there.

Do not waste your money, make a research first and then decide. I bought mine December 24th and by mid February it was dead with some kind of rlod. The monitor (it's not a tv) looks amazing, really bright and sharp but only when it actually manage to work. Just search around before you buy it.
MAG was destroyed by zipper with their fanboism towards sver. every person i know that stopped playing MAG (including myself) did it cause they were tired of the sver OP BS.
The game was great but constantly getting owned by sver made it really hard to find motivation to keep playing it.
Nope Zipper and their SVER fanboysm killed MAG. I know it did for me and alot of ppl i used to play with.
I've said it before and I'll say it again MS is the worst thing that has happened to video games. You people think that Sony wouldn't have made so many great games this gen if they didn't have competition? Wrong, RFOM, Motorstorm, MGS4, Rachet & Clank, KZ2, GT5, Uncharted DF, GOW3 and probably others were in development prior to the PS3's release.
I got one and do not regret it. Remember it's not a tv it's a monitor a 24" 3D 240hrz one and the only one with the simulview tech. Oh and remember it's not just the monitor you get a game, hdmi cable and the glasses with it.
Here's a thought: maybe people enjoy drugs? Maybe that's why they keep buying it?

the problem with gaming right now is that games are too expensive to develop at the current graphical level, so in order to cope with cost they brought the casuals in to the market which is exactly what is destroying my favorite hobby.
This universal hate towards everything sony has done alot more damage to them than people may think. One only has to go to a gamestop for example and just listen to the amount of fud and miss information that comes out of people's mouth, from psn hack to games running better on 360 to multiplats that they think are exclusive to xbox anything and everything.
It's a shame cause imho sony is the only company right now actually doing all kinds of things to make this industry...
