Couldn't agree more. I was about a quarter of the way through Castlevania when I bought Enslaved. Haven't returned to Castlevania since. I have two chapters to go and don't want the game to end.
Castlevania is excellent and I will return to it. But Enslaved is a special game. Eagerly awaiting any DLC. I'll definitely play through again, probably on easy to clean up the rest of the achievements. Looks like I'll finish normal with 65% of them.

Steve Jobs and Apple are totally irrelevant to gaming. iPhone games are time wasters on a flight. It's only relevant as it nibbles away at Nintendo's profit margin, but that's it.
While it's not an HD Remake, everyone wants Killer Instinct. I have to believe Microsoft/Rare don't have right to he IP at this point.
The lack of comments is probably because there are more Enslaved reviews than any other single game right now.
Good read, Great game, one of the best developers in the business.
I don't think it's been passed by yet. But I will take the developer's wor(d) over the guesswork of gamers. 6 months out, possibly beta, early beta, most likely, the multiplayer is alpha and possibly pre-alpha.
Just because this video is leaked doesn't mean that's where the current code is. This video could very well be pre-alpha.
Regardless, I'm pretty impressed though I won't be playing it.
Wrong. The biggest concern to MS earnings is the shift away from desktop PCs. i.e. iPad and Android tablets, Cloud computing etc. The Entertainment division is actually doing quite well.
Additionally, there will be a bid drop in Enterprise Agreements for the desktop clients. Windows 7 is just now getting deployed, is rock solid, and there's no incentive to re-up for another 3-years. XP has lasted 8 years, Windows 7 may last indefinitely. A drop in desktop clients will m...
Looks Alpha to me. Beta, no chance.
I don't like FPS' but I'm definitely impressed, multiplayer on XBOX with those graphics at this early stage. Not bad, too bad it's an FPS.
Yeah, MS stock valuation is beyond the scope of gamers and a gaming site. You lucky dog you. Good buy.
Perhaps that's "why" they're selling like hotcakes.
Xbox 360 games don't require installs and arcade games are small. There are some large ones. Lara Croft is 2G, Shadow Complex 800k. Most are less than 300k.
Plus you can plug in up to 2, 16G USB drives for 36G total for $50.
Sample (optional) install sizes:
Castlevania: Lord of Shadow - 12.7G for both discs (6.1 + 6.6)
ENSLAVED - 5G
Again, optional. But I installed both. Runs faster than DVD or HD. With ...
I don't think casual gamers that will be buying Kinect read too many review scores. If someone wants Kinectimals for their kid, you think they're going to go seek out review scores?
Actually the Nazi party was never that popular nor ever the majority. They were the most violent and devious. Actually the minority who believed they were superior. The rest is history.
BTW, what a ridiculous analogy to make.
The social aspects of Kinect may be a huge part of its success. Video Chat, uploading video clips and pics to facebook, etc. It may succeed in bringing these things to the masses where Xbox vision camera, eye toy, and PS Eye have failed.
Agreed. Almost gave up on it till I turned off Sixaxis motion.
My top disc based games of all time:
1. Heavenly Sword
2. Gears of War 1
3. Looks like ENSLAVED
Most peripherals are under utilized. I expect the fitness stuff will do really, really well.
It will sell lots no doubt. And people purchasing the bundle with be happy with the Xbox. What remains to be seen is how happpy owners will be with Kinect.
Enslaved, Uncharted 2, all have great voice acting. Ben Kinglsey is a great actor, but not so much in Americas. It's subjective.
Stephen Fry, has a great narration voice. Drove me nuts in LBP, that's one of the reasons I didn't like it. Made it seem like Sesame Street listening to him. But no denying he has the voice for it.
Did they ever say that "all games" CAN be played only using Kinect?
Established franchises are dominating. So much so they're killing innovation. The industry definitely needs an influx of new open-minded gamers.
