Well like i've said from the word go there's this kind of "disconnect" feeling without tactile feedback (click of buttons, rumble, heft of a controller etc)I had the chance to play kinect recently and here's my opinion..

My issue with refurbs, especially through gamestop, is the console maker doesn't get a dime from your purchase. I.E. sony wouldn't get any money from me buying this refurb package... Before the fangirls on here fly off the handle about not caring because sony profiting doesnt benefit me I disagree... The more money sony makes off of the ps3 the more exclusives, features, and future consoles they will be able to make.. I support the companies that make the products not some third party...
I think the psp has a bad rap because it didn't sell like discounted crack which the ds has... But the psp is the only handheld device to even give nintendo a run for its money and managed to sell like 70million units (last I heard) which is very respectable.. I applaud sony for making a great handheld in the psp and listening to its fanbase and creating the handheld of our dreams all the while keeping it affordable..
$250 is full of win... Not only is this thing freakin sexy it has two legit analog "STICKS" and not nubs as well as that gorgeous 5" OLED screen... Im ready for this bad boy... Oh and knowing sony's track record there will be good first party titles and from what I hear there is tremendous third party support.. PSP is back!!!
I love how all of this is starting of a the demo version of a game.. Just like the mass effect 2 demo that came out on psn it looked on par if not less in some areas compared to the 360 demo from a year ago, then the full game comes out and looks much much better then the demo.. When will people learn that a demo is NEVER indicative of the final product.. I'll wait for the full retail version before shooting my load.....
It def lacks that extra polish but still looks fun.. I might give it a go..
All I know is that the amount of talent and the caliber of work that naughty dog produces is the pinnacle of our industry and I for one am sooo glad that sony has them... I cannot wait to get uncharted 3...
Sorry maxcer mommy and daddy don't buy all of my games and my overpriced live subscriptions.. I have to budget my money and believe it or not video game are luxuries that are the first to get cut when money is tight... ITS CALLED LIFE
So this is what it has come too? So sony comes out and backs all of their talk with year after year of mindblowing exclusives and microsoft has been all talk very little walk and suddenly ps3 fans have to "HOPE" that these titles dont get announced? Wow gaming media has turned into a parody of political campaigning...
It would be pretty epic if they took the "Climb the crime syndicate ladder" scenario of vice city where you aquire nice properties and build a big entourage with the whole San Andreas dynamic.. I like the idea of working your way up and the goal is to buy that mansion in the hills overlooking los santos and amassing a huge garage of exotic cars, boats, planes, and an armory of guns...
I just hope they bring back car customization, planes, more aircraft variety etc....
Wow you're kidding right? First off sony is far larger then lg.. Secondly sony is the MAIN patent holder of blu-ray.. THis is just a "Mine is bigger then yours" standoff and lg knew it would be far easier to be granted any aknowledgement on a lawsuit in europe then in the us.. SOO when they got a decision in europe they became drunk with power and decided to go after the states as well... It's lg who has bitten off more then they can chew...

From what I understand there is an alliance of companies, which includes both sony and lg, that are responsible for blu-ray.. Sony being the major owner of blu-ray. SO sony has every legal right to all things blu ray.. The only legs that lg would have to stand on is if lg back out of that partnership and sony continued to use lg technology and didnt pay lg any royalties.. But I highly doubt that happened.. I think that this is all just posteuring on lg's side...

You mean games like resistance 1 and 2, 3 ratchet and clank titles, little big planet 1 and 2, metal gear solid 4, infamous, motorstorm, god of war 3, killzone 2, heavenly blade, warhawk, gran turismo 5, uncharted 1 and 2 etc.....? Wow if that's barren I would love to see a decent catalogue of games in your dillusional world...

@Divine You are generalizing all ps3 users under that banner... Am I a ps3 lover? Without a doubt but I am not too feeble to appreciate other games.. I've played nearly every exclusive on the 360 because I play a game before passing judgment on it.. NOT whether it has a 360 or ps3 logo on it...
So a game has to have a meta score over 90 to be AAA? I wish you people would quit buying into all of this nonsense... There will always be a bunch of hater sites that give weak scores because they have a stick up their butts.. Review scores have lost all of their credibility anymore...
So killzone 3, resident evil 5, socom 4, heavy rain etc aren't hardcore enough for you?? Killzone 3 with move is sick! I love the assault rifle attachement as well. This is exactly the type of experience sony promied with move. I can't speak for the other games as I haven't played them with move.
