Yes Sir Mr. Kong. :)
Remember when they said The Eighth Wonder aka Mario Kart 8 would not outsell Double Dash????? Crow served.
Nice suggestion..
Yes, Wii U is sold at a profit!
That's it!!! Wii U can probably get away with $199.99 and still make them a small profit. Bundle in the new Zelda or even Twilight Princess HD at $199.99 and watch the hotcakes sell.
They don't include bundles either (for software sales).....
Wii U is still $299.99. Drop the price when Zelda hits and it will explode sales to levels unseen so far. I suggest $189.99 with a game!
Hope they made more profit. But 2016 should be awesome for them.
Super Mario Sunshine!!!!!!!! It already holds up so well with a beautiful art style/water/"slime" physics. Imagine better textures, water and lighting? Make the character models/enemies on par with Mario Kart 8 and it would be fantastic on Wii U!!!
Super Mario 64 should get the NX treatment. Totally remastered to look like a brand new generation game. They can launch it with NX if a Mario isn't ready.
It's coming this year (30th Anniversary of The Legend Of Zelda).....
@EDMIX This is a huge game to simply port....and then to a handheld without the power of the home console to help it?
They know core gamers buy their consoles with Zelda in mind. Zelda never skipped a Nintendo console like Metroid did. That is fact. Disagree all you want.
You have heard the speculation over NX shipping numbers? 20 million seems like the first year target.
Nintendo has the handheld gaming market. Sony has home consoles. Nintendo is successful by making a profit in the home console market. They should shoot for #1 but 30-50 million units makes a impact. That should be their goal and 100+ million handhelds.
In Japan, Nintendo software runs the show. The entire top 10 last year on Nintendo consoles. Microsoft is a non factor really. Nintendo competes with Sony.
With a horrible disrespect to Mr. Iwata. I rarely get offended but that picture was absolutely disrespectful!
Nintendo has never not released a new Zelda for a console since the NES. This isn't Metroid or Star Fox.
Cool man. NES and SNES had huge libraries of awesome gaming classics that still can be enjoyed today. They started so much of what we play in many game genres. N64 has Ocarina/Mario 64 keeping it where it is on my list...lol. For now at least... :)
I'll save my specifics on each Wii U game/features for another time in the future as N4G is not the place to show Wii U love too specifically...lol
Thank you. I stand by my belief that NX won't see this port until later after it launches.
I haven't played it yet (only waiting for it to be in HD) and I am going to get real comfy and enjoy it on my Wii U!!!!
Yet Wii U was getting played like it sold the most....all that software sold?
