That's what the pricedrop is for. Nothing attracts people like a good value. And I totally disagree with those games not attracting new audiences. They just add to the largest and best library of games out right now, which can't be reasonably argued against.
And yes, Banjo and the new control will actually grab some of the Wii's market, especially at that new price point. Especially after all the buzz the market will have going on about the new 3D dashboard. People always ...

Gears of War was BY FAR the GAME OF THE YEAR in 2006. Resistance was never even Nominated or even considered. This was not decided by fanboys. This was decided on by videogame professionals who's job is to see great games when they play them.

The truth is that the MAJORITY of people outside of fanboys prefer the 360 for FPS, TPS and Driving Games.
The PS control is preferred for Platforms and fighting games.
And that's just the COLD HARD TRUTH!!!
In my own PERSONAL opinion the PS control is bloody AWFUL! Once they make a replica of the 360 for the PS3 I'll buy a PS3.
The only thing they "Saw" from MGS4 was a very good movie. Sure glad they included a Blu-Ray Drive for Great Movies like that. What is it like 5 hours of gameplay and 12 hours of clips??

I'll be the first to admit that "Home" is a GREAT idea. So is Little Big Planet and.... I'm sure there is something else. But every company has great ideas. nintendo with their motion control and MicroSoft with Live. That is why I'm all for copying to build the ultimate console.
LOL. So I don't want to here Sony fans crying when MS does something similar to "HOME." It's just the nature of the business. Great ideas only stay exclusive for a short time.
