I love is how when a year's finished people start declaring "OK. Next year will be year of PS3" and every time, I don't doubt it because there is always a handful of games to already look forward to.

The environments are truly grand in this game. It feels like what a lord of the rings games out to be (main character even looks like aragorn).
Only problem is that the jumpy frame rate keeps me from enjoying the beautiful world perfectly.

Yeah. Capcom overall has seriously been losing their identity during this gen. This months EGM even makes mention about that problem.
Everything up to this point about this game has provoked a meh response from me. The only thing left for me to maybe not to be disappointed in this game is the game play, which we won't know till the game is out.
Bamco has a strong presence in Japan. You would think they weren't making a particularly big impact in any other territory, but that's supposedly part of their current "strategy".

If you REALLY want a PS3 with backward compatibility, there are ways to get it, but you'll likely pay extra. I'm just saying if it really matters to you that much then you would have a 20g PS3 by now.
If the game leads on PS3 I won't mind as much, but I also don't want features to be cut out just because of the port, like dual audio, etc.
I totally agree, but I have a long list of negative impacts with few good ones.
I don't think SE needs to be overthrown. It's just not relevant anymore.
What's relevant is can anyone great bring some truly great RPGs for current gen, period.
A capcom allstar game that plays like Smash Bros but you can still dial in hadoukens and shouroukens and play team mode as Ryu with ken (or whatever awesome team) and kick ass.
They are actually doing a bit better than before in allowing other games. for awhile, they been milking RE pretty hard.
I winder if Nintendos direction to revive older games influenced 3rd parties to revive old games as well. Probably.

man, it's about time Nintendo has done this. something about having to buy an add on for each remote felt a little displeasing to me.
Now that Motion plus is being a true standard, I bet we might see more multiplats between Move and Wii. As long as they are good games, I don't mind.
There is a place for Kinect, but I hope MS is smart enough (doing more than just throw cash) to market its purpose, for their own sake.
