square enix has been doing decent in the hand held sector, but they have been having trouble with big projects on home consoles this gen. Maybe it's wise that they are letting others handle the big stuff, but at the same time it's pretty sad that they couldn't get their sht together on their own with their own teams in Japan.
People have said Cross edge, or Star Ocean 4 were bad, but I was able to derive some entertainment from those games.
I tried to play Neptunia several times and it does not click at all. I just can't be bothered to give it anymore chances.
I'll trade it for ArTonelico. (last game I traded in was 6 years ago)
wait for Diagaea4, ArTonelico3 or Totori.
I say it as someone that has bought this game already.
This question wouldn't even be asked 10 years ago.
priorities are going to a weird place for gaming.
I'm sure it is a fun career to have a sony position as hunting hackers.
does anyone else see this as a positive too?
Maybe Sony has is seeing more potentially groundbreaking tech for the next system so they are making sure the next system they will present matters to the consumers and the industry.
they are probably trying to avoid hard beginnings like they had for PS3, at the very least.
wow. I did not even gear about this game till now , but it still feels like a kick to the balls.
wasn't Wii still the biggest selling home console last winter despite the Kinect hype?
There would be sooner be a Wii slim than a Wii2, (which is probably a good idea business wise)
The Wii still prints money for nintendo, so they have no obligation to go next gen yet, in fact if it was up to them they would probably try to go next gen last because ethey are always afraid of ideas being stolen. I hope one of the ideas is spending those bags of money to m...
Honestly they just need to focus with Graces and Xillia, and that's quite enough to think about at the moment. Can't blame them, except that they could have brought PS3Vesperia much sooner to have avoided the crunch.
Interesting he said PS3 only. Normally it would a agiven for 3rd parties to go both 360/PS3 when they make an HD game.
Back off, SONY, or I'll tell my mom!
The boxart reminds me of boxart from the NES, SNES days
I don't mean to be too rough. I just imagine everyone has been convinced already of 3DS supremacy at this point.
I'd recommend an article on how PSP2 can even compete, but then there's not much info on PSP2.
I don't think the ball is dropped. All nintendos next console has to do is address he complaints the the Wii, plus a wow factor and they will be fine.
Also a launch as good at 3DS would be nice.
articles like this make it look really easy to be a game journalist.
glad to hear Nintendo reps actually boasting there stuff. hopefully it really will be amazing though.
You feellin OK, Balt? maybe the discussion should be you.
as long at its secondary characters like in SC3 I won't mind... much.
It feel worthwhile to unlock them rather than shell out cash, it's basically taking game goals out and charging people more for features you should unlock by playing a game.
MERRY CHRISTMAS to me!!!
Sure, if they hate money all the sudden.
