Anyway, to each their own. Some people buy a Subaru, some buy a Porsche. The only problem with building or buying a high end pc, is that most users(at home) will never reach it's full potential. Bragging rights is about all it's worth.. like a Porsche. Seriously, how often do you go 200+ mph?
NFS Shift is okay. The drifting is borderline crap. The "realism", although it is just a game... just fails when it comes to drifting. The drifting could have been made better if the tracks were not programed so you slide or spin your tires(which is an awful sound) at the slightest bit of throttle play or turning the steering wheel.
PC: L O A D I N G wtb less please. It's stupid how much loading you do. Go do a quick race or drift to see how your car is going to work ...
*shrug* Not sure about an actual release date.. but the G27 has been available in Austin for at least a week. Saw a few at my local Best Buy.

Yea, I highly doubt this commercial is legit. But if I saw a psu being marketed like this one, I'd buy it.
Agree, I've been lucky and not has to deal with queues at all when logging into Aion. Probably just my server, but still. Taking away the players ability to sit there 24 hours a day, and never touch the keyboard is great. Limiting queues, and the clutter of window spam in already highly populated areas. QQ moar plx. NcSoft, just helped those with lower end pc's also.

NcSoft never said they were planning on making an expansion every year. They said there were plans to bring new content every year. Big difference. Of course, gamers will find a reason to wine and cry about free content.

So you're saying that the experience you have in Guitar Hero will have an effect on your life? Play as Kurt for 1 hour, and your whole day is changed? When playing racing games(if you do), does the experience you have while playing have an effect on how you drive in real life? Being able to differentiate between fact and fiction is a necessity in life.

This whole situation is stupid. Period. It's a damn video game that has no relevance to real life at all. As said before, the game(s) are meant to be humorous. Especially with cartoon like graphics. Hell, people should be welcoming the fact they can play as one of their musical heroes and still play other songs they've come to love. I would love to pick up a game and see the real David Allen Coe, singing any song by a black artist/band. No disrespect inten...
Not so much being lazy. It's the time the system takes to change discs and load up. Probably take as much time as getting off your rear and doing it manually.
At least my experiences with multi disc changers ended up being worse off than running one at a time.
Prime and Echos are just as fun as they were on the GC. However I have found that certain actions like opening doors on Corruption can take a little longer than they did pre Trilogy.
The biggest problem I have is scanning can sometime take a while(10 seconds or so) Almost like the scanning feature hangs up as the Wii reads the disk.(Which you can hear)
This could be just my game/console. But otherwise 9.0 game

To each their own, but just like every other mmo players start out wearing the same outfit depending on their class. Get a few levels in and start buying new gear. Get a few more, start seeing better drops and by level 10-13 you don't look like everyone else.
The game looks great. Don't let the pic linked to this article fool you. Aion is pretty fun as a whole. The controls definitely take some getting used to. Aerial combat especially. But all in all almost anyone should be able to get the hang of things early on.
Will Aion kill WoW.. doubt it. But here's to hoping Aion does better and lasts longer than the rest of WoWs, so-called "competition"
Considering how much WAR has struggled, I don't think Mythic learned much from Blizzards flagship title.

... still buying MW2 for the pc. Cost doesn't bother me. $60 bucks for a good year or two(if not more) for some solid entertainment and gaming fun.. still a good price.
