Been using it since 11am with no issues. My boy wanted to try a couple games out to see what he should buy. In love with this feature. You can also use it as a personal stream if the person passes the controller back to you (they still remain in the session and they see your screen).

Reason why I'm talking from my perspective. I have friends I game with from time to time. I have close friends and I have trophy hunting friends. To be notified every time one comes online is excessive. Just because I don't care to be notified when a certain gamer comes online doesn't mean we don't game together.

It may increase software sales. The feature can lead to more PS4s being sold which leads to more software sales.
Sure you can keep sharing but you're reliant on another player. I see people trying games out then buying it themselves. I know people who'll get a PS4 because of this feature.

Yea you won't like it. The free-roam is essentially AC and the combat is Batman. It does that stuff well but it is copied blatantly. They even have towers that you must go to to activate an area on the map just like AC's synchronization thing.
Where it really deserves praise is the nemesis system. I think that should be implemented in a lot more games including sports games.
