Absolutely, there's no crossplay with PC but the servers still have a healthy population and only recently (I say recently, in the past year or so) have they started implementing seasons and such.
It has a steep learning curve, I was initially put off but eventually got back into it and really enjoy it.
Hate the term "spiritual successor" - it never ends well.

As Tacoboto said, only one is showing a 10 and that's for the PC version. I'd also question that publications credibility given they gave Starfield and a dlc a 10 as well.
