But but but there are no games for the PS3.
But but but thetruth's wall of text.
Zone of the Enders 3 please - 1080p, blu-ray, 30 hours of gameplay, and bots tears - only possible on the PS3.
DING DING DING, we have a winner. What'll he be taking home today, ohnny?
A brand new HEATER!!!! That's right, Tom, Evilblackcat will be taking home a brand new heater. With an ergonomic design with slick white and gray painting, three flashing lights, and a life expectancy of 54.2, 54.2, 54.2 PERCENT, he will surely keep warm this winter.
I lost hope in humanity when 8 million people bought Halo: ODST.
Sacrilege! Who speaks of such NONSENSE in the open zone? Fanboys, seize this abnormal human this instance.
Mooey's list of what to do when a game comes out:
Anything above 9.0, buy.
Anything from 7.5 to 8.9, rent and see if you like it.
Anything below 7.5, check to see if it isn't Eurolamer, GameTrailers, or Destructoid. (Or Edge - forgot about them as rucky pointed out)
If it's not, then don't even bother. If it is, add them to your block list, and move on to IGN, Giant Bomb, Joystiq, or Ars Technica.
Come out, come out wherever you are, little botties. We need at least one brave soul to step up to the plate and deliver their award-winning performance of worst spin in an article.
Murderdolls got so butthurt over the PS3 Slim announcement last year, he went on a hiatus to find peace, tranquility, and perfect harmony.
He came back with a PS3.
The end is nigh. Jump out and play beyond.
Here comes the rain, bots. You can go outside - it'll be okay because the raindrops will be covering up your thick tears. B)
How about ripping someone's head off Kratos style?

It won an emmy. Anyway, you are right in that Sony did not have trophy support and facebook integration. You have me on trophy support and I could see Sony copying them, but Facebook integration is a given as it boomed from 2007 to 2008 which is why both Microsoft and Sony put it on their consoles.

It's the year 2010, and another chance for Microsoft to woo me into their console. What games are coming out for it that are praiseworthy (from the fantards of course)?
- Alan Wake
- Splinter Cell: Conviction
- Halo Reach
- Crackdown 2
Nope, not a thing. Want to know why I bought a PS3? I saw a video of LBP and it blew my mind. Once Microsoft can bring a smidgen of what I see that the PS3 does, I'll consider buying it... maybe... naw, probably no...
"And as far as winning a console war, they've been doing well enough on their own to see to it that they'll be around next gen."
Yet no win. Want to know why? Microsoft copies. That's all they have done, and that's how their entire organization was formed. This is why Microsoft will never win a console war.
Great Customer Service (RROD fiasco)
Uhm, let me get this straight - they have great customer service because of having a faulty hardware problem from the get-go and Sony should copy that?
Look at Soda trying to justify those "features" as traits that Microsoft came up with and others copied. Honestly, all of the stuff you listed was a no-brainer for developing the "next-gen"consoles. I'm sure the Nintendo Wii copied the 360 with its 'Home' button, and the Wii's "channels" is a variation of the Xbox interface.
Also, the XMB, unlike the 360's interface, is award-winning because of its ease-of-use and simplicity.
Edit: @B...
M$ trait one: The inability to make a decent exclusive.
What Sony should do: C'mon, Sony, you need to stop making so many exclusives for real.
M$ trait two: The inability to make a console work.
What Sony should do: Sony, you honestly need to stop making the other guys look so bad. Just because yours just works doesn't mean you shouldn't just RRoD.
M$ trait three: The inability to make online free.
What Sony should do: Sony, stop this nonsense!...
Cloud gaming allows you, a gamer, to play any type of game on servers, not your console. What makes this system so great is that you can access the game anywhere without having to worry about physical media. The bad part, for some, is not owning a physical copy of the game - some worry their cloud data could be erased whereas others just want to collect the cases.
Anything "cloud" is going to be set up similarly. If the PSN used a cloud system, then you would be able...
But but but the blu-ray format is dying.
