If a game causes a person to commit a violent act, they have an underlying mental health condition that has nothing to do with said game, IMO.
I hope Nintendo continues to create home consoles & hardware forever. They are the only ones trying to do things differently. Some will succeed and some will fail, but without them bringing new ideas to the table each generation, gaming on consoles would not be as interesting and would get boring, fast. I don't care about RAM, Gigaflops, terabytes etc., so their games and consoles suit my tastes well.

The reviews have been a big disappointment for me. I'm sure I'll buy it, but I am going to now wait for a price drop or a steal on Ebay. I am not going to pay full launch price for this game.

No I have not played it, but I do own every sonic game released before this. And when ALL of the reviews are coming in saying the same exact thing, that the gameplay has not changed, I tend to believe the reviews. I'm sure you are a hardcore Sonic fan, and I feel bad that you have to be treated with another sub-par product from the Sonic team.
I knew this was going to happen. The Sonic team just does not seem to have the talent to make Sonic great once again, and it's such a shame. The Sonic series continues to be sub-standard, and not up to par with where we as fans, want Sonic to be. It's too bad.
Meh who cares, WiiU already has an awesome racing game Need for Speed Most Wanted U, I don't need another racing game already anyway.
WiiU is a great system. I will be patient for games, I will enjoy them when they come. PS4 will be a great system. Looks like the WiiU launch now with PS4 games being delayed. Do I care? No. I will have them both at launch and I will be patient for the games to come for both systems.
It doesn't matter. Just be patient. Even if it had 25 "must have" games right now, you can't possibly play them all at the same time anyway. Just enjoy the system and be patient and enjoy the games as they release. Simple really.
I'm going to have to wait for that deal as well.
I am not waiting on next gen. I am going PS4 + WiiU, both at launch, because it makes me feel good to be ready to go for the next 5-10 years. The games will come, in due time.
Alot of 10 year old kids love this game, and it's all they play. Kinda sad... I even know one kid who thinks he is a "professional" COD player. They are not true gamers, because a true gamer likes and plays all kinds of games from many different genres, on multiple platforms.
Screw the term "hardcore" I hate it. Like it makes you a tough guy or something.
Mario is Nintendo. They should come out with mario games first for each new generation. Then move systematically through each and every one of their franchises and provide a new game, as well as throwing in a new IP's every once in a while. If they do this each generation I will remain a happy Nintendo gamer until I die.
