The SNES version had a lot more levels than the arcade version. The lack of four-player cooperative mode was pretty lame, but god damn this game was a staple of my childhood.

Is the bundle limiting? Yes. But the fact that Microsoft offers choices completely eliminates the idea that they're trying to con anyone into doing anything. You buy the appropriate bundle that caters to your preferences --it's really as simple as that.
