I love when devs tell stories with no dialogue and just sort of leave it up to you to figure it out. Really looking forward to this game!
I'm not sure how Outlast 2 will deal with such a mature issue. It's something that games can and should engage with.
There's definitely a way to challenge Tolkien's ideas without muddling the universe or canon. Then again, Shadow of Mordor would be a great action game even without the LOTR connections
Orin's design is pretty cool. Great to see Blizzard expanding its roster and its representation of females in new ways.
Well played sir, well played.
Spec Ops is pretty underrated. I love gameplay, but I'm a sucker for a good story. Interesting to see how writers adapt to a medium like video games.
The gift that keeps on giving
I will follow Housemarque to the ends of the earth. Resogun is still one of the best games on PS4
It s definitely worth it. The gameplay is pretty awesome, and the story is always fun and over the top in the best ways
I wouldn't be surprised if they had those conversations. Would have loved to see more of him in Far Cry 3. Same goes for Pagan Min in Far Cry 4.
Definitely. I just hope it really is integrated into the game and not just a message with a game loosely wrapped around it.
Sometimes it seems like designers and developers are reluctant to "say something" with their games. It would be great to see more games address complex themes and ideas in a thoughtful way.
This is one of those games that looks like a lot of fun if you can get a couple of friends to play with. I can only imagine how much fun it would be to mess around with friends on the high seas
Totally. It's the fear that comes from knowing he can kick your ass just by looking at him
I've always had a tough time getting into RTSs. This seems a bit more accessible though. It's also cool to see how this game builds on the Halo lore.
So interesting to hear an opinion from someone who actually worked in the belly of the beast
Good thing that's not what the article says
Witcher 3 had some really memorable fights. Each monster contract sort of felt like a mini boss, where you really had to prepare and learn about your opponent before fighting them. Really well done.
Horizon seems like a greatest hits collection of third-person open world moments. Even if it's just more Ubisoft-like map unlocking and Witcher-esque monster hunting I'm excited!
That would get me pumped too haha
