They don't realize that 40% will add better frame rates in multiplatform games. If the X1 is playing at 52 frames the ps4 is playing at 62fps. But the X1 seems to be a more optimized console. The PS4 has " off the shelf" hardware where the GPU handles everything. Hence the reason why the GPU has 18 CUs, but also makes it easy to program for.
The X1 has a lot of secondary processors, audio processors, data move engines, eSRAM, ect. So I'm not calling it the ...
Thus another game being rushed.. The game looks like it could be fun in multiplayer, animations are very choppy.. One hundred executions, yet I see the same kills in the demo.. Guess we will have to judge in the final build of this game.

I like Forza, but I can't help but think they aren't doing much with this one. All Dan Greenwalt talks about is tire physics, avatar cars.. What of the content of the game, what about the tracks? Still no weather, night racing, ect..
It's not surprising with all the turnarounds(180 Sony fans). And expect more now that they moved Don Mattrick out the way.. He was mostly the reason why they had to undo everything that was not convenient to its consumers.. Blind fans see 180s, I see opportunity..
