What Sony needs to do. Is sit down with whatever 1st party studio, And make an RPG to rival Final Fantasy.

So it doesn't surprise me that someone who likes single player games won't be all that impressed with LBP.

This whole take on Exclusives really is depending on a lot of factors. First of all, of course all developers and publishers are a business. First and foremost, they're priority is to make money or profits.

Thought I question Miyamoto-san on what in the world is he thinking with Wii Music. I still respect him as one of the original founders of Video Games. Without Mario Brothers, the game industry will have never grown to what it is today.
And perhaps this could inspire him to convince the execs at Nintendo to make a 720p Wii. Imagine a Metroid with Killzone 2 graphics and the Motion Controls. I'd buy it.
That's understandable you want all the new stuff. But one thing you have to consider, is not everybody is like you and me. By "you and me" meaning always wanting to have the latest tech, newest gadgets, etc. But again, not everyone can be as fortunate. Yes. People have bigger things to worry about than getting a new video game console every 3 years. Like every month's rent. Baby's diapers. Car payments. School tuition etc.

To somewhat clarify why it would take so long, it's been stated that in GT4, it would take about 1 month to fully complete one car. In GT5P, it takes 3 months.
