Back in march I purchased my 32inch Phillips LCD. I love the thing to death and it only cost my $398.99. I'm very happy with the purchase and the upgrade from standard def tv. LCD's are pretty cheap these days so you just can't go wrong. I also use it to watch all kinds of shows by hooking my laptop up to the HDMI. It's pretty damn awesome to say the least. Anyone who hasn't gone HD needs to do so fast!

Puhlease! You don't realize how many stories in main stream media today make references from the bible. It's the only book that has lived throughout all of time( along with the other holy books) so of course main stream media is going to use it. Everything from Harry potter to lord of the rings references things from the bible. That halo story is still not very impressive with it's two hour long campaigns. Sorry. Bungie has made gaming history though so congrats to them!
A lot of you that are saying JRPG's are'dead' this gen probably haven't played the majority of the ones that have been released. Just looking at critic scores doesn't tell you whether you will like the game or not. Granted, I'll be the first to tell you that this gen isn't as good as last gen for JRPG's but I've liked quite a few one the ones that have been released, that 'critics' consider bad games

Most FPS are all the same anyways. With some different Game Mechanics thrown in of course, but all in all, you point and shoot and you're a guy running around in Camo Pants with other guys in Camo Pants.
FPS suffer from the same things most people complain about in RPG's the same cliches thrown around over and over.

Its very possible. The PS3 has more than enough power to run the games at full speed obviously so that wouldn't be a problem. The PS3 already accepts the DVD format for playing video, so running DVD iso files is possible. I'm not the most technical person but I'm pretty sure the PS3 is capable of doing it. I for one wont be shocked when it happens.

The 360 was hacked years ago, and while there may not be homebrew for it as you suggest, thats not costing anyone any money. Its the games that people steal that cost devs money. It's has as much chance as becoming like the PSP as does the already hacked 360 and Wii.
In fact it has less chance because instead of having to download a 4-7GB game now they've got to do it with a 50GB game. Have fun with that. This isn't good news...
