Because God of war 2 looked horrible after the PS3 launched.
And before the wii their install base declined about 35% each generation since the snes. Point being JUST nintendo exclusives arent enough they need more than that.

PS4 uses a secondary chip that handles all system functions. I think they confirmed only 1gb.
Just as many people play shooters on the ps3 as they do the xbox. Being MP doesnt exactly mean the the game is gonna reach a wider audience. A Good game will reach a wide audience no matter if its on 1 platform or 6.
Ninja Gaiden sigma 2 on Master ninja wasn't too unbearable, But Ultimate ninja 1 and 2 took me 6 weeks and 1000 tries to beat and made me hate team ninja, lol.

MY enjoyment of a system isn't based on how well it sells but rather the games that are available. So yes IMO the vita stands well by itself, and like all sony platforms they will have a wide variety of games that sell their system and not just one title.
The vita stands pretty well by itself IMO, Could be a bit better but i've enjoying the heck out of it since black friday. If i can get some reasonably priced high capacity memory sticks at E3 i'll be set.
Patapon was a awesome series that fell to the piracy of the PSP. I hope they dont give up on that franchise.

Sony never marketed the Eye as something that would replace the controller and become the future of gaming. It has always been something EXTRA that people can use if they so choose to.
I think GT always does over 10 million. And yes very few games sell over 10 million.... Zelda, Mario, GTA, COD, GT, Halo, Diablo, starcraft and Warcarft are the only games that come mind off the top of my head.
