How so? They announce tlou is gone be shown sky everyone tunes in then show a bunch of smaller games that would normally fly under the radar before you get to the main events. It's called a marketing strategy.

It's getting multiplayer they're just going mega ambitious with both sp and mp so had to focus resources on sp for now.
By the sounds of the tweet it could be standalone or f2p, probably the multiplayer sony said was gonna be on pc, could explain the delay.

Also they've just tweeted saying they're working on factions it's just both the sp and mp ideas are so ambitious they have had to focus on single player, multiplayer is coming, just not at launch it seems.
