I agree with you man, but you can't blame corp's for being a little paranoid about these things considering how extreme reactions can be. I think this whole thing is completely exaggerated and I disagree with the decision to make a recall, but can you really blame them? I'm a bit torn about the issues really.

Look at pirate bay, Torrents/Games/xbox360---> Far Cry 2(!!), Fallout 3, and PES2009 are all available for download, well before their release dates. That GeoW2 would be there together with them (not yet on PB) is no surprise at all.

FFS, first you comment without reading the article, then you comment having read the article but understood nothing. Re-read the last part. It would work kinda like a pc... Better hardware: better resolutions, textures, fps, etc.
From a business perspective however, its completely retarded, unless they charge for the "upgrade" or hope to make a killing with additional DLC. Devs, publishers and MS make money by selling stuff, a customer who is happy with his old "improved" games is less likely to buy new games.
Though I'd love to see this feature in the nextbox, I seriously doubt that this is true, unless something is being left out.

Question: Is it running at 60 fps? I find it hard to believe, but that, together with everything else I've seen of the game looks a lot smoother than the first. Or am I just imagining things?
