Don't get me wrong, I think gears 2 looks very very nice and I really like the artdirection so if I had to pick which one looks better I'd say Geow2 (based on what I've seen in reviews/previews). But the difference is marginal and ultimately its only my opinion, others would claim otherwise and they wouldn't be more right or wrong than I am. Ya little troll...

So... low scores to ps3 games (in line with basically every other game-site out there) = Gamespot sucks. High scores = Gamespot is getting their sh!t together. MAYBE they give higher scores now because a lot of really good ps3 games have been released, or are you saying that Heavenly Sword, Folklore, Motorstorm etc are on LBP, RES2 and MGS4 level?

Yeah, even though I'm personally completely uninterested in the game I think its positive that innovation and out-of-the-box devs are appreciated by the masses, good stuff.

Here's a personal opinion for you, SOCOM getting the same score as R2 seems a bit ridiculous. Lower socom's or raise R2's score, they're not in the same league.
A lot of people enjoy nintendogs, a lot of people laugh their asses of to wii sports, and A LOT of people find every fukn pokemon out there to be the shizzle. What's your point? PS3 audience is probably a lot older on average than the 360 crowd, but not you, or at least not your mental capabilities.
