I never said geow2 had a good story, read please. I said the sp campaign beats mgs4, not the story. IMO both have incredibly crappy stories, but then again, show me a video game that has good story that doesn't begin with Mass and ends with Effect.

MGS4 is great game, so many wow moments... I just wish there was more of it, and less crappy movie material. Yes crappy, if you think mgs story is good, you need to read more good books and watch better movies because mgs doesn't even reach b-movie status. Mgo is suckass. Halo 3 is suckass as well, in pretty much every aspect. Overall neither game holds a candle against geow2 in sp or mp, get over it.

Triple A is a measure of quality not score imo, only fanboys use metacritic to determine what games are AAA and not. Uncharted is triple A and so are many others that have metacritic averages of 88-89 etc yet are seen as flops by the crazy fanboys.
Simply put, triple A mean its a game you shouldn't miss, because it's great.

I've had zero problems and so far I love all the changes they've made to multiplayer except the no-stun thing at people charging with chainsaws and the fact that grenades stun from like a mile away and the stun lasts WAY too long. You have an achievement that says you've played co-op campaign, if you cannot host i suggest you take a look at your network settings.
Too bad about your problem with sp campaign. But you're in every gears 2 thread saying how much it sucks and how much you hate it. Well apparently gears 2 hates you too! I recommend you sell it and go back to your beloved gears1.
Wow, you did not understand that at all did you? The idea was to make the final boss FREE dlc to those that buy the game new, not used. It didn't apply to everyone. Nevertheless, it's a greedy and horrible idea.
Team ninja and Tecmo rocked untill Itagaki and his closest buddies left, I don't know anything about the new team except that they worked on sigma which was basically a port of ninja gaiden black + a rachel segment (YUCK!). This game will be what makes or brakes the new team, they might be kickass and they might be suckass, we'll have to wait and see.
And you do some playing before stating nonsense, if you think NGS looks even remotely as good as NG2 (despite lower native res) then you are blind.
I have no doubt the ps3 can do NG2-level gfx, probably better then what was done on the 360, but as of NOW, the comparison between sigma and 2 is ridiculous.
