Seconded. This is why I don't want a remake. VII is still great. I still play it about once a year and I know a lot of people who do the same. It's just as fun as it always was. The graphics are one of the things that makes it the game that it is IMO. A remake would change it a lot, for the worse I think.
Reverse squiggly.

Oh no, I bought one over the other.
Is it just me or are people liking Lair? I lurve Playstation but I'm not going to ever attempt to defend that game; it was pure shite.
What a pointless article.
After seeing this I feel like this is going to fail as a casual device. They didn't look like they were having fun at all, the kids just looked bemused. Not to mention moronic.
However, I'm still very, in a naïve way, hopeful about what my favorite developers can do with this technology. I think hardcore games can really benefit from this, more so than with the wiimote or move.
I still play my games motion free, I tried the Wii and was utterly u...
I have very fond memories of PS2. Onimusha trilogy, Persona 3&4, Kingdom Hearts 1&2, Xenosaga ep.2, FFX, Ico & SOTC. Some of my favorite games ever.
Haven't even seen these games before, but thanks for the heads up gofanboy.
Because it's offensive!
xD
There were mp3 players before the iPod.
Least if your house catches fire you still have all your games.
If I were to guess, I'd say it will have touch screen, microphone, and perhaps an accelerometer (for games like Loco Roco.) But those features will be more for multimedia uses, they will keep the buttons for us gamers, it's what sets them apart as a true gaming device. Another feature I'd like to see as is rumble which I'm sure they'll have if they go down the smartphone route. I doubt they'll have 3d, there's no demand for 3d in a handheld. That's just a case ...
How much are you willing to spend to pretend you're Tom Cruise in Minority Report? That will be the final price.
Haha, Squeenix could set up a space agency and put men on mars quicker than that.
Cloud Strife dressed as a girl in HD will look ridiculous!
As for the pricing, yes, it's pricey, and difficult to justify at this point, but E3 could show us some killer apps and remember you don't need 4 Natals to play 4 player.
Natal could actually be quite good for hardcore games if used with the controller instead of on it's own. Think FPS on your controller, except gestures for throwing grenades. And voice commands/gestures for navigating menus/choosing options. Given time devs will come up with some really cool stuff I hope.
I can see why Move is a good name but I really don't want to move when I'm playing a game unless it's reaaallly neccessary (like making tea). Honestly, I just want Natal so I can pretend I'm Tom Cruise in Minority Report. Some clever use of voice command and gestures in hardcore games and I'm totally sold.
What do you think a good name for Natal would be?
Auron from Final Fantasy X was badass.
