if you got those games free as part of your subscription of psplus you lose access to them until you reup your subscription this is true. if its a game you paid a discount on or the game was given during the time of the hack those were free for life.
i think it because of the tv elements of the system that they have taking the really strict approach. i already said it before micro-soft are not changing their minds any time soon so if you do buy the system in hope they might that's a risk you must keep at the back of your mind.
ps4 all day every day. researched both consoles and ps4 offers me the most for my money. before the xbox fans jump on this and start disagreeing, this is my opinion for the console i am purchasing make yours.

the bit about how it will benefit the consumer is marketing. yes i agree but the bit about agreeing what the product is and who its target audience is not its something microsoft need to discuss internally and all involved to be on the same page with clear and concise information so as when they do start marketing don mattrick does not say things like " if you aint got internet we have a product for you its called a 360"
with all the bad press and lack of straightforward information about who that target audience for this device is NO. i think they need to regroup, rethink and formulate a better strategy for this device.
it makes me laugh that people don't take their privacy seriously but wonder why they are targeted by all the "crazies",i am all for a little bit of social media but too much information collected about you is never a good thing i don't care how safe you think ms is they are using man made instruments which can always be hacked
