Don't know the need for such a bundle in spain for ps3 because cause the last thing I heard about the ps3 in spain was that sony was doing quite good.
They didn't put all their top game on the xbox they did those on the dream cast and the game cube , anybody owning a dreamcast will know which ones I'm talking about.
And why blame it on Microsoft or at anybody else if they mange to mess their sonic franchise up by them self.
At least last year they made some profit
but I'm not getting over excited because it could be quite a while before this game launches. Even if it's a new Ip which always is a big risk especially if it is a exclusive so I have high hopes for this new Ip.
But 2008 might become the year of the ps3, or not of course.

If they are following suit to micoroft multiple SKU's it would just create lots of negative press branding Sony demoted from market leader to follower.
They have already removed a lower budget SKU and introduced another with a slightly larger hard driver. Adding value to the package seems like a better decision especially considering they are touting a life span of at least 10 year.
Ps3 owners played last month 1.5% of the total gameplay minutes. So what about their competition?
So ps3 owners have longer game sessions so what you can blame it on on the ps3 media functionality, folding or on the hardcore gamers (who own a ps3)
Since the specs have been known enough comparisons have been made.
Basically both consoles can perform the same graphics, with the ps3 capable of having more processes on the screen.
Sucks for them but they do still got enough money to buy some more exclusives. I will give Microsoft some credits for sticking with their xbox 360. not sure if they will make some money but I think they will break even in the end. What is the debt in the sony game devision by the way I can imagine that it's lower.
I think they do got a point deadlines are important. So epic better deliver their engines for the ps3 and x box 360 on time.
Nintendo style with a little speaker in the controller for a more immersing game play. Maybe even a little fan in the controller to cool your hands or maybe a softer more comfortable plastic. Or Dreamcast style a little screen in the controller.
Don't think that they are opting for a new design, considering all the negative comments about the prototype design. Even though I think that one surely looked more next gen than the current controller. But hey why fix something if it ...
Good for publicity but even if they don't have no X07 this years it doesn't mean they have nothing to tell.
It might suggest that Microsoft has nothing to report.
But by not holding a own conference it might also show that they don't think they need a X07 this year.
Considering their position and holiday line up they don't need to do that much marketing for the upcoming holiday season.

With unreal tournament and warhawk coming the online ps3 community is definitely bound to grow.
What happened with the not confusing the costumers with to many SKU's. But if it's true it would be a good move assuming they only downgrade the hard drive.

Why does Sony think it will win it so soon. The only way this gonna end up is at a draw. Which would actually be the best for the consumers.
