Tbh, that's quite a long exclusivity deal. For example, it's just a month for Call of Duty DLCs.
The Walking Dead Activision published was lacklustre, hopefully this will be better.

I'd say Pay2Win more than Free2Play. Unless you want to grind for a year or so, you'll have to shell out 100-150 bucks.

You can expect pretty much any game which is last in the trilogy to end with a bang.

I was surprised that StarCraft: Ghost didn't get a mention. Or Beyond Good and Evil for that matter.
'With a Bang' could mean anything.
I've known a few who played it as a filler.
MS got a sweet deal there. They could probably try running Lord of the Fallen as Xbox's Dark Souls (Xbox only).
I'm sure there'll be a lot of players who will disapprove this.

Well, there was this recent petition for removing paid mods from Steam, and they removed them after the uproar.
It wasn't just because of the petition, but the petition helped as well.
This can also mean you're planning to pass on this one :)
