I am going to have say 'no big woop'.

Shape of the figure does look awfully feminine though.

so that is going to tide me over for a while, no 3D for me anytime soon. I really don't want 3D anyway.

Last I checked the contrast ratio for that was starting at 1,000,000:1, NATIVE CONTRAST, not dynamic, and not LED backlit.

And get your butt to playing it ASAP!!

And I don't want to see you back here until the end credits are rolling...

there's still plenty of cake and punch... the point is ya got here!

Exactly! He is a ship specialist engineer, of course he is going to adapt the best he can. He is going to better prepare himself for what's to come (hopefully).

Bubbles to you good sir.

Many of the HDTVs out there now boast alot more than that, and isn't Native Contrast ratio the number to be looking for as it is considered the more acurate measure? Dynamic Contrast is just a fluff number for average consumers.

I thought the same thing at first but decided to go with a different thought process. Maybe, and it is just a maybe, Isaac re-engineers his suit with better armor so he can better deal with his situation, unlike the first one where he wasn't expecting everything that happened and could only use or upgrade what was there. Hell, that's what I would hope to do...

Does that cover pic depict Isaac's new suit having some sort of mini thrusters on the legs so he can better traverse (as well as fight in) zero-G environments?

Looks like he is having it out with a necromorph in a zero-G environment.

I am digging the new armor, but I do hope they explain why or how he got it (i.e. he custom made it to deal with this Sh_t). Not just another upgraded suit or some crazy "super -space-marine" armor. That, to me, would develop the character more seeing as he is an engineer.

Oh, and that 'new' necromorph in the picture is his girlfriend :)

Yeah, agree there, the 6 people I know who got the game all got their copies used. I bought mine first day it came out then almost two months later bought a brand new copy again for my brother for his birthday.
I didn't mind at all to throw a few bucks more toward the game, it was a good quality title.

Hey man, don't forget the sound!! The sound on that game was outrageous, a feast for the home theatre. It really put you in the game, on that ship.

that because of that last cut scene, and what (or more specifically, who) Isaac had to deal with in that particular situation, is what will end up driving him to take the fight to the necromorphs. That what I see happening, very simply.

your bubbles might begin to multiply. Your comment history looks a bit abrasive at times.

Well, it is Christmas so here, one bubble for you from me.

EDIT: AH, there see, it is working already, you can thank me anytime you want!

oh, and more of those little spidery head things that crawl up the wall then jump on you and tear off your head and become your new head and leave you wandering the halls like a zombie. Yes please, I'll have seconds!!

I very rarely say anything one way or the other about co-op in games, but I would love to have a co-op option for DS2. The keyword though would be 'option' since I didn't like the co-op in RE5.

Cannot WAIT!!! Loved Dead Space...

I hope they continue on with Isaac, and they better keep up the good work with the surround sound. The surround on that game was second to none!

I played ME 1 and it is an amazing game, can't wait for ME2.

However, I own a 360 and a PS3 and no matter how you look at it, disc swapping has got to go, really, we have wireless controllers so we can be anywhere in the room and enable us to sit back and enjoy our large screen HD TVs. I like to get up when I feel i need to, not when the gaming console tells me to, and before anyone says I'm lazy, trust me I'm the furthest from. I hit the gym four times a week at 4AM and run two...

As a matter of fact, every time I play it, I end up doing something I wasn't expecting (whether good or bad) even if I started playing with a whole strategy and place I wanted to get to. If I plan on building up and going to complete one area, and fail at it a couple of times, I end up going somewhere else and completely kickin' ass, and coming out much much stronger with all kinds of goodies. So damn addicting!

As for observers being bored, I can see that, but I guess my wife do...

That means about this time of the morning I was rolling out of the tent I spent three days in at the local Best Buy along with 50 other people. That was a hell of a three day party waiting on the launch. Good times!!
