How the game looks is just fine, it's a generic MMO type of look. How it plays is what I'm interested in. It could turn out badly, but if they embrace what makes the Elder Scrolls what it is, while taking a new spin on it by putting it into the MMO Genre, then I'm game.

MGS1 is basically dust in the wind at this point. It's a fantastic game that I have played many times, but I doubt they're willing to do a complete revision to the original engine to bring it up to snuff to at least early 1999 games. Play it on PC if you want to, it's "Free", has a better resolution than PS1, and the download size is small enough to be gentle on the oldest of harddrives (Sorry Floppys not included).

I agree with you Chukamachine, the tree's and foliage are especially dated. Although I also agree with FACTUAL, this would look beautiful in an RPG based game.
