Dropping the price of some of it's games is a good move for m$. Cheaper software may help to drive sales.

I that is so funny!!!!!! 1080p? Come on.. all the updates in the world aren't going to add GPU power and RAM bandwidth. At least the artifical sharpening is gone and from what I can tell is that you get a little be of better image quality. Still not 1080p but at least the jaggies are sharpened.

Resolution makes perfect sense. If you purchase a device that costs 400.00 and it runs this game at 1080p why would you not have the same expectation from a device that costs 500.00? If the xbone can't keep up with the PS4 then they need to lower the price to make the purchase of the xbone more sensible. If you're getting less power and inferior hardware then you shouldnt be expected to pay 100.00 more or even the same price as the PS4. You should be charged less. Maybe around 299.99....

I am sure that the botched launch, the inferior GPU and RAM, and price are the major factors. Most people don't know about the technical superiority of the PS4, but they should, however they do know about prices. PS4 being more powerful and being 100.00 less are driving sales in Sony's favor.

Oh the xbone isn't going to fail by a long shot. The PS4, however, is trumping it in every market.
This is, and will be, a continuing pattern this gen. The power disparity between PS4 and xbone (got to be sure to use the right word for xbone, got 5 day restriction last time I used the wrong word LOL) is just going to make the gap grow wider and more pronounced.
I'm a proponent of "If it ain't broke don't fix it." By looking at the sales figures "it ain't broke." It's not the prettiest game out there but it sure is fun. That's what sales. Just like Ghosts. Sure it's not the prettiest, although prettier on PS4 than the bone 1080p vs 720p respectively. But it sure is fun. Keep'em coming.
What is the res on the bone version of the beta? I'm curious if the flag title for the bone will even be 1080p?
Unless we get something that says Wii U is making a comeback then these articles are just taking up space.
Playing this on PS4 at the moment. I have to say that 1080p 60fps is where it's at. Ultra smooth gameplay, rull res alpha effects, dept of field, all running at 1080p 60fps is a wonderful thing. I am hooked. Love this game. Love it.
Playing the 1080p 60fps PS4 release and I have to say that it's amazing!!! Full rez alphas, great depth of field effects, ultra high res textures, all running in 1080p at 60fps, well on the PS4 at least, is a thing of beauty. I love this game. I can't wait to see the next release that is made from the ground up for next gen. Maybe Sony will dole out the cash and get it exclusive for PS4. That way the devs wouldn't be restrained or held back trying to achieve parity for lesser mach...

Will not be playing this rip off. Paying full price for a game and then paying a subscription to them and paying for psn or live on top of that is just stupid. moving on.
Naughty Dog is by far the most talented devs on the planet. The Last of Us, Uncharted, etc. Cant wait to see what they can do with the enormous power of the PS4. Not being held back by trying to achieve parity with inferior consoles and being able to push the PS4 to the limits will enable them to really wow us.
I think that one of the sadest deaths is the Wii-U.
My PC is ready for this game. However, I'll be playing it in 1080p 60fps on the mighty PS4. It will be glorious, smooth, beautiful, and the superior console release.
I was really excited about this title but with it going pay to play i lost interest. meh
