Hey. I just got this game lastnight and I have to say that on the PS4 this game is phenominal!!! 1080p/60fps , depth of field, extreme textures, full res alpha textures make this a must buy. If you own a PS4 and have never played this game then you would be doing yourself a favor by getting it. It's great really shows off the power of the PS4.

Yes it matters. 1080p/60fps(Tomb Raider PS4) vs 1080p/30fps(Tomb Raider bone), 1080p/60fps (COD Ghosts PS4) vs 720p/60fps (COD Ghosts bone), 900p/60fps (BF4 PS4) vs 720p/60fps (BF4 bone), yes it matters. If matters for sure. Without a doubt.
I commend them on holding back the release of this game to make sure it's the best it can be before release. Anyone remember BF4??????? Ummmmm yeah I think I'll wait.
I'd say that he's right. I mean there are at least that many people that will buy the bone no matter what because they won't research the machines, wont read the comparisions of multiconsole games, and want nothing more than to jump around waving their arms and yelling the same command 5 times at their console until it finally does what they want.
This is a great engine that will be able to take full advantage of the GDDR5 bandwidth and additional compute units of the PS4 without any issues. I can't wait to see what devs are cooking up. Lets just hope that they continue to follow the model of pushing BOTH consoles to their max and not worry about achieving parity across platforms like we're seeing in games releasing on the bone and PS4 ie. Tomb Raider, Call of Duty, Battlefield, etc. It's about time.
Well I don't think that a discless version would do much for the brand. However if you didn't have that 'forever' waiting period for the bone to crawl along trying to get the game installed from the disc like it does now, then it may be a good idea. PS4 has you up and going in just a minute or so. I'm not sure why ms can't accomplish the same on the bone?

i have two 360's and a PS4. It's sad that the 360 has almost the ability as the bone. i'll be getting this on the 360. Well i'll have to get two copies so my kids can play against one another LOL.
Well at this point I just don't see the use for this. The less expensive version of this console isn't working so why release a more expensive version? I just don't get it.

Hey. What ms should have done was used GDDR5 like Sony did. They got caught off guard. What the world thought was that the PS4 was only going to have 4gig of GDDR5 but it actually ended up with 8. IF the latter had been true then the bone would have been in a better position, well still behind in the GPU category. But with things as they are it's too late to change now and this will continue to hinder the devs in what they will be able to do on the bone when compared with the superior tec...
