they didnt play the game on xbone dev kits...the game is being shown on PC's running significantly stronger setups than the consoles...

the only console version that has been shown is the PS4 version...they wont even show the Xbone version...i wonder why?

1.Cerny has already explained that the PS4 has hUMA...without using the name he has described the PS4 architecture and it matches with hUMA...
2. The Xbone CANNOT have hUMA because the basis of hUMA says you have ONE unified memory pool that the CPU and GPU have complete access to. AND, they can share the same memory addresses...so they don't need to copy data back and forth or re-write everything...the Xbone's esRAM is a SECOND pool of memory that the CPU and GPU do ...
so a "developer" has never even heard of hUMA...but i have...yeah ok...
of course they are going to retract this statement...here is how things likely went down...
an AMD rep said something off the record on the show floor at GC...it blew up on the internet...now AMD corporate has to clean up the mess because they don't want to upset any of their customers (MS) by saying somebody else has better hardware...
