No.
Yes
this is good news! :D :)
That's funny and not true. Most likely trying to figure out how to restructure their microtransactions/loot boxes or the game is just not near-finished. :)
I agree. No thanks. And I have Metal Gear in MY name. so definitely no, I will not be supporting this garbage just because it has the "Metal Gear" title on it. :(
I bet it's not only to address the "Kojima's wasting his time" on development (temporary) complaint but also an indication that (I still think) is a 2019 release (possibly winter/early Spring) and that maybe, as others have already stated, a possible demo. But if I was Kojima, I'd hold off on a demo. or... provide a beta which people can provide input into how the game or controls can be improved. And that Kojima is gonna be the final boss at the end of the game. :) a...
No, this is a good thing. Chris Lee is doing the right thing and parents and politicians need to be made aware of this so that greedy nonconsumer friendly and potentially harmful towards children practices like EA, Activision, Ubisoft, Bungie, Blizzard, Take-Two, and Monolith (Warner Bros) can stop being eeked and forced into games damaging the product and playing on the psychology of people to make money. (edit: that as recently stated "the removal of microtransactions [and lootboxes] ...
Wow. good thing they didn't release it on Pro. people want Pros anyway. and for a star wars PS4 bundle at 250 so soon (albeit on Amazon) it's obvious, they aren't doing so hot (EA that is) :) and the outlash has mad it's mark. :)
Kojima is not wasting our or his... time. Leave him alone. Don't believe the antihype Kojima. :) but it shows you do really care... by addressing the concern...! :)
The main problem is ignorant and unaware people. If people, parents, and gamers continue to voice loudly the issue and oppose with their wallets by NOT BUYING THE GAME then even the old unsuspecting grandma that's losing her noodle will have enough sense and know not to buy this game FOR THEIR CHILDREN that EA is trying to EXPLOIT (caps for emphasis).
It is... being a man that worked and lived on submarines... I know very well that analog copies are a valuable necessity and backup to the ever growing digital world...
I pray this game makes it through to us and that every detail and desire of Kojima's wishes for this game are fulfilled in its creation and final presentation and that it is a sight to behold and a message to all... that games can be art and treated like a movie and should be respected and that it is a medium to get a message across. That Kojima can find his place above and beyond the Ludens and the rest of the world... including Konami (and EA) sees what a true masterpiece and labor of ...
It's clear we need to put a stop to microtransactions in general. The excuse "to feed our families" from the devs and companies no longer fly... it's been made very clear in recent reports and matters, that they're sole goal... is to make money and make loads of it -- even if it's to the detriment of the player -- who can get easily addicted -- like this kid who did and is now a full-grown man who has been able to use this opportunity to express it. Yes, companies ...
Please don't get this game or support Konami using the Metal Gear name. It is an affront to the honorary Kojima-san and if anyone respects him, this game should be left untouched and never bought.
they're acceptable nowhere.
If you read the whole thing, it clearly proves that Disney/Lucasfilm was "in the know" and DID approve gambling marketed towards children. with the progression system and lootboxes and with the recent "Wilson lootbox" https://www.youtube.com/wat... video, that system by EA was no new thing so the excuse of "trial and error and testing/tweaking" does not fly. Disney/Lucasfilm was in c...
This is very enlightening and I really do hope EA and lootboxes (and hopefully, microtransactions too) get slammed and Devs become more hesitant and less willing to implement any such things for it. I honestly hope EA crashes and has the Star Wars IP removed from them and they get canceled like they so murdered all their own studios out of greed.
America agrees with this and approves! ;) and I bought it PS4 Pro on "Mental Health Awareness Day" even though wary of the "Perma-death" (thankfully to find out it was a farce) and did it that day, because I wanted to support the community and had a feeling this would be a great game... and it was! :) Please check it out if you haven't bought it yet! :D
Even if he did or did not like it, I think this programmer is very smart for building a bot to do the hard labor that EA PUT FORTH to suck the lives and moneys out of people's -- dry. And in a way, it proves a point. as other people have stated -- MAKE A GOOD GAME and people won't have to do this. Everyone STILL needs to stay on their toes and fight/push back to keep the big business and gaming industry in the correct line. In a good way, EA has made it possible for the community ...
best moss in the world. notice a trend with the trailers beginning with opening up and viewing the ground. The very first trailer showed dead ground and sand. the next, watery. the third had plants sprouting up (and dying), and finally beautiful green moss. looks like a trend to me! :)
