Just don't buy those types of games and the developers will get the idea that people will not pay those fees to play a game. I know development costs are going up but they have to start making games that people really want. People do not want some rushed and glitchy mess of a game. Until they start listening and stop being greedy then I do not see this ending well at all.
I just go with what I prefer. I enjoy Sony products because they last me and I enjoy using them. I still use Microsoft products tho like Windows 7, Zune HD, and Xbox 360. There is no point in only sticking with one company for everything. Sony does not make a OS, Microsoft does not make TV's, etc, etc, etc. Fanboy's are not going anywhere and I doubt they even care what this article has to say about them.
Killzone 2 was a good game in my opinion. If Killzone 3 is going to be bigger and better than Killzone 2, then I know what I am going to be pre-ordering very soon. Here's hoping it does shine more then the second one.
I brought it and I liked it. It's a little different than the RPG's I'm used to playing but it is not a bad game at all. All you should do is give it a chance buy renting it first. Who knows? You might want to buy it after playing it for awhile.

Good! I hate that dumb box! Looks bad and it is a pain sometimes to get the game out of one of those boxes. I want to save the environment but not this way. They will come out with another box down the way that will try to save plastic also. Let's just hope it does a better job than these.

Well if they go down the subscription path then I will never buy another Call of Duty game ever again! Mark my words! Never again! I refuse to support a company that wants you to pay every month to play a FPS online. It is already bad enough that World of Warcraft is subscription based and people can not seem to get enough of it. If they do this then they will lose a lot of sales and Call of Duty will go under for good.

I played all but one of those games. Those games were alright but there are way better games to be played on the PS1. I am waiting for Sony to bring more games to the PSN since they want to charge for a new born baby or even a body part for certain PS1 games on Amazon and Ebay. I still laugh that someone thinks they can get 50 or more for Final Fantasy 7 on Amazon and someone is selling the discs for 20 each on Ebay.
A Blu-ray with 5TB of space is awesome! This means we can have Blu-ray around for a long time without having to switch to a different media format. This can extend the life of the movies we buy without feeling like we have to rebuy all our movies again in a few years. This could hold us over for maybe 10 years or more with all that space. Now, I do not have to feel like I'm wasting money when I buy Blu-ray versions of Die Hard and Star Trek movies!
Halo Reach is not exciting me really at all. Most 360 exclusives never really enticed me to want to buy them first day except Fable and Fable 2. Sony exclusives do a better job at making me want them since they bring games out that keep my interests. Killzone 3 and The Last Guardian are on my must buy list but only Fable 3 is on there from 360's side.
I do not watch shows like Lost. That show Lost itself in the crap that is on tv. I rather watch paint dry or push a hoop down the street with a stick than subject myself to this show.

I'm getting this game on Tuesday. Great demo and good beta. I hope they make improvements on the loading times tho. It does take sometime to load up a level.

Well the game looks good but Activision will somehow make me want to think twice about getting it. Over priced map packs and Glitchy online is not something I want to pay for.
Looks like developers are comparing their games to games like Uncharted 2 to get it hyped. Uncharted is from a first party developer that knows how the cell works better then any third party developer ever will so I doubt it. What I do know is that its going to look better then the first Dead Space and entertain just as well. This is on my game pickup list for next year.
I have over 220 PS3 games and none of them have the greatest hits box or sticker on them. I pretty much buy games first day unless I am too busy with other games or I have to pay off some bills.
