Wow! A 18+ game on the PS3? Never saw that coming. The pervs are going to go nuts for this news.
Online can not be free on Live because it is the main reason people pay for it. If paying for Live was only for group chat and Netflix then they would lose a great deal of money. Microsoft knows this and it will never happen.
ACTIVISION STEAL??!! NAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WWWWWWWW!!! They might just copy the idea and then act like you tried to steal their idea................thats all....
One of the main reasons it failed is because it hurt people eyes when they played it for a long time. I tried it out at the store once when it first came out. It was neat but it hurt the hell out of my eyes and cost too much money. They say the 3DS can also hurt your eyes if you play it for too long. I'm not sure if it is true but I do not want to pay for something that is going to ruin my eyes.
This seems fair also so it does not take longer for the game to come out. I am very interested in the game they are developing.
We needed a article like this on N4G. This is how I feel about SquareEnix and how they need to make games like they used too. I love turn based JRPG's and I know other people love them too. Just because people that own a 360 don't really buy RPG's does not mean the rest of America does not care. 360 sales does not = the world! They need to start listening to their fans and start making the games we all love again. If they made a new Xenogears then I would pre-order it first day. ...
He just rather have people pay to play Call of Duty then hand it over to Microsoft. If the game is running off of Live then it is owned by MS and the money goes to them. Activision's greed is starting to show more and more everyday. Next, he will complain about PSN because there is no profit coming from there either.
You have the right to spend your money on anything you want so if buying the new Madden is your thing then go right ahead. But you can not act like to most people that do not care for sports that buying the same game every year is a waste of money. It is also my opinion that EA is cashing in on football fans with Madden updates every year. If people like you do not take a stand and demand more for your money then all you will get every year is a roster update with a few things added. You let ...
I'm a core gamer and I play all types of games. I have to agree that casual gamers in a way ruin our gaming experiences because they keep on buying rehashes of games with updated rosters and graphics. This is making the developers not take as many risks and just stick with what sells.
I brought Madden two years in a row (Madden 09 and Madden 10) because my friends kept on bugging me to get it so we could play against each other. Both the Maddens played the same and almos...
Why would you dumb down RPG's? Any RPG out is not really that hard to learn but it requires you to pay attention on how to play it. If you have a hard time playing these types of games then maybe you should not even bother playing the genre to begin with. I do not want my RPG games dumbed down for some kid that wants to keep on pressing one button to do everything spell and attack in the game in one minute.
Metro 2033 was a alright shooter. Once I beat it, I just put it away in my cabinet with the other games I rarely play. I might give Metro 2034 a chance if they show some interesting game play. Besides, I am getting back into my RPG addiction and want to beat all the persona games again. So I might miss out on some games like the new Metro game when it comes out.
Campers are very annoying as they wait around a corner they know people will run around. They spoil the game for a lot of people and think they got mad skills for being cheap. Only snipers should camp and not for the whole match. Maybe a few minutes and then move on.
No, more like where technology is headed. You should really keep quiet about things that you really know nothing about. I always read up on newer hardware and software being developed and they are trying to come out with something from Minority Report. But people like you make a dumb comment in hopes of making other people look stupid when you are only making yourself look retarded.
Good day, you ignorant bastard.
I agree with you. Gaming is just not like it used to be. I find myself buying up all the RPG's I can find for the PS2 before some dickhead starts selling them for 100 each. You can not beat the classics and that is why they sell for so much online. Games nowadays have a hard time comparing to older games on a fun level. Only a few really stand out like Uncharted 1 & 2, Warhawk, Gran Turismo, Forza, God of War, and Twisted Metal. I reap for the future of gaming.
We all know where we are headed with gaming. Movies like Minority Report pretty much show us where we can end up in the future. Newer generation of gamers do not want to push buttons anymore. They want to move their hands and touch the screens to play games. The next generation of gaming systems could very well use the very motion controllers that Sony and Microsoft are selling now. Only time will tell...
As for me, I'll most likely keep all my old consoles with regular c...
She could use my "Pokeballs" anytime she wanted too :)
I would never spend so much time getting trophies like that. I only play games a few hours a day, then exercise, then go out and hang with some friends. Anyone that has that many trophies does not go outside at all. I could so be that his family and friends play on his account to get them for him also when he is not playing. I doubt he sits home all day long and plays games.
I do not really care if that is why they were made like that. I play Persona 3 and 4 that is turn based that offers a lot of fun hours of game play. Even if action RPG's are what the developers are going for, there still will be a fan base for turn based ones. Besides, I remember a few RPG's not being turn based for the PS1 and PS2. So, I think that excuse is bullshit.
Darkfocus is right about living on your own. I have to pay bills every month and sometimes I do not have money left over for games. It sucks but I rather have a place to live than have a ton of video games with no electric, water, or even a place to put my games along with a TV to play them on. When you live with your parents and work, then you have a lot of money to spend on yourself. Things are harder when you have your own place so video game deals help in the long run.
I would be tempted to buy a silver one if ever released. But other then that, I am pretty happy with my current PS3 slim. Works when it receives firmware updates and does not get that hot when I play for 12 hours. At least Sony is finding ways to cut costs and come out with newer models for people that are still thinking about getting a PS3.
