Other then that, I can agree with you, to an extent. There are some amazing games that aren't on the list, but it is after all a "Top 5 RPG" list which makes it extremely difficult to do in the first place, as there are an absolute wealth of amazing RPGs around from the past.

I think a fair portion of people will receive XIII in the UK on Friday, as GAME have been emailing people letting them know that their orders are being processed earlier, to help with the huge demand.

Due to very delayed release of ToV in Europe, the timed exclusivity for the international market won't end till July this year, so they can't announce anything about it until then.
It's pretty obvious they're just tied into contractual obligations right now, as there is absolutely no point in calling back the English voice cast to voice the additional scenes if they never intended to use them.

The statement simply isn't true. A brilliant game can be completely ignored by the masses for any number of reasons.

I believe the fact they haven't released it on the EU store yet is big reason why it hasn't performed so well.
Casual gaming does exceptionally well in the EU, and they really dropped the ball by delaying the release there.

The warranty was only enacted, because they had a lawsuit aimed right at them, which would have ended up with MS having to recall -every- 360 because of the believed inherent design flaw.
So, the choice was; Extend the warranty to 3 years, or drop out of the console race, essentially.

MMORPG's aren't FPS. They need a growing community to thrive, and the only way that can happen if you're on multiple platforms, is to have them able to co-exist.
FFXI had 360,PS2 and PC players on the same servers, and able to full interact in every way. Why would the sequel be any different?
EA! The code Secret gave pretty much plainly pointed out that EA is responsible for the delay in some of the most desired features for PSN and PS3.
They're the reason universal soundtrack support isn't implemented, and the reason we're STILL waiting for Cross-Game Voice chat.
This is disgusting, and EA needs to know, that single handedly shafting an entire player base to save face for their poor development skills will not be tolerated.
