Too bad
I loved Geist. I admit it had its issues. But I wish it would get another chance in a sequel.
I'm 28. I have a wife and three kids. I teach in university and do web programming on the side. I still play Pokemon.
The reason it looks so bad is because it's the first commercial game to be made with RPG Maker VX. It got good reviews actually.
However, the developers contacted me and asked me to put up screenshots of the new version of the game. It sounds like they may have redone the graphics. I told them to send me screenshots and I'll swap one in.
Correct. That was an error on my part. Also, way back before Pokemon existed they made a bunch of games too.
You're cute.
It's confirmed to be 1080p.
He is not a fanboy therefore his opinion is automatically correct? That's a funny sort of logic.
Have you been following the 'strictly' adventure genre recently? It's most often not covered by mainstream gaming sites. These days adventure games are considered a bit more niche.
That's kind of the whole point. Being the CEO of such a big company means that his opinions are important to everyone in the industry. However, we are entitled to use common sense and from a common-sense perspective his comments were illogical. That's the point of this discussion. Where was he coming from?
Dude, it won't be the last time you hear someone calling someone else out on the internet. Get used to it. And don't take everyone's opinions as fact ju...
What!? The extra game costs that much anyways. And you get other features besides for the game. How could they charge less for that?
Well, that is true. They have always had development issues with many of their games. Too Human went from being a completed multi-disc PS1 game to being a Gamecube game to being a poor Xbox 360 game. Maybe Nintendo should just pick up Denis Dyack, put him in an existing team where he doesn't get any say about the administration and business-side of things and can just work on actually making games. He may be a talented developer but whenever he gets involved in the meta/business/administr...
I thought the Tales series would be better represented on the 3DS but it seems they have their hearts set on the Vita instead.
I agree with the main notion of what you just said. Top Ten Lists used to be interesting because they were infrequent and well-written. Now, they are:
1) Mostly common knowledge or super-obscure
2) Too frequent.
3) Exploitative.
The two sites that have caused this Top Ten proliferation are N4G and Zergnet. Most smaller sites these days are part of the Zergnet network and basically, the only articles that get accepted into their system are Top ...
Yeah, I would have been offended to be called a child when I was 14-16.
I'm a web programmer for a web design company. We very often lose clients who instead decide to outsource to freelance teams in India. Those guys are willing to work for $2 an hour because of the poverty there. How is an American company supposed to offer a competitive price in comparison to those who are willing to work for peanuts? We still get clients who want better quality, but we have to lower our prices considerably below a respectable amount.
So, we disagree with their values, which result in things like slave labor and communism but we continue to use their services which are so cheap specifically because of those values we hate? How silly.
Good marketing technique. Games like nothing more than a good puzzle to solve.
A little bit late to review this, but still a great game. Worth reviewing.
These aren't new shots of Pokemon X / Y. Those are just shots taken from the trailer.
