lol this got the pc elitist out of the caves. I have noticed out of all the fanboys, the pc crowd are usually the most hostile ones on the interwebs. Say something bad about pc and they go absolutely bonkers.
people are just eating this stuff up right out of Microsofts hand. They play all there stuff up and don't deliver, just like E3 when they were touting revolutionary things about the cloud and were saying titanfall was only possible on the cloud, only to find out they were talking about dedicated servers.
My prediction is that by the time DX12 comes out that all next gen games will have jumped up in graphics and Microsoft will boast about it only being possible with DX12,...
I'd bet my left nut that DX12 won't double the X1 performance. DX12 won't magically make the 5 gigs of DDR 3 bigger, but i will say that it should help it out a little. Good gosh these people who write these articles make it seem like this is the first generation that they have experienced. Every generation the big three always innovate in the software space. Why is this even an issue, if it had been 3-4 years in this generation and the best games that we got were Infamous and Titanfall then maybe i could see the issue, but it has only been 4 months since these consoles release and i think the offerings are great for the short amount of time since release....

So X1 biggest game of the year is also on last gen console. That doesn't tell me that it is a system seller, especially considering the x1 version doesn't look that amazing in the first place, u might as well save $500 and just get the 360 version.
I don't understand the whole 1080p vs better gameplay. We buy new consoles for better graphics and experiences. Most people are going to buy the console thats the better value and the ps4 just gives you more bang for your buck when it comes to hardware. And with Sony their is not 1080p vs gameplay because we all know from last gen that Sony brings innovation to the graphic and gameplay department in the console space.

This is the type of game that needs voice chat. Who doesn't like talking a little bit of trash and having fun with others with mario kart, its whats its all about, the fun you have with other people.
Man this is my most anticipated game of the year along with the order1886. I do believe this game is gonna be the underdog of the year thats gonna really surprise everybody and defiantly a GOTY contender. Im just surprise not more people are talking about this game.

For anybody who thinks the gap for graphics won't be as big of a jump as 7th gen is fooling themselves. Games like God of War 3, Ascension, the Uncharted series, Killzone series, and The last of us all were using 512mb of ram. Thats not even a GB of ram and ps4 has 4.5 GB more ram using GDDR5. Sony did win E3 last year. They didn't have to show any games because they didn't have to dig themselves out of a hole like microsoft. Sony hit every note perfectly and reaping the reward. They didn't have show any of their first party line up and the so called system with no games is out selling the second coming known as the X1 2:1.
It is no surprised that Microsoft is getting exclusives it was the same way the xbox360 and its early years. The real question is whether they will bring the same amount of exclusive late in the consoles life because they certainly didn't do that with the 360, so i would have to wait and see if they are really invested this time around.
Palitera it has only been 4 months since both next gen consoles released and for that little of time you have a lot of games to play. Deep down looks like its gonna be a great game, the only graphic downgrade that i know of is watch dogs, Ps now looks very interesting especially if it works good, What shiny ps4 corridor shooter are you talking about, free to play can be great if done right, and there aren't many shooters coming out this year.
It won't help as much as you think, the xbox brand only sells well in the US and UK so don't get your hopes up.
