The graphics are really nice, but the game didn't make any sense at all.
Atleast it used to be, on sega saturn it helped drive sales for the system by selling more than a million
Only one I can think of is FF13, that's almost never going to make it on 360.
I never cared for GTA type games either, but this game is really damn fun. I'd buy the game without the halo 3 invite.
get your ps3's here so we can stop hearing your excuses of not being able to get one, (when the real reason is because it costs more than your newborn)

This is a stupid excuse to not make a game for the console. The reason games from third parties aren't selling on wii is because the quality is far below anything Nintendo releases. Red Steel is the number 2 selling game behind Zelda so what does that say about sales when the game sucks balls?
Didn't really like ZOE, but the MGS2 demo was amazing, I played it to death. Was kinda dissapointed in the final game though, I wanted all of the action to take place on the vessel, and... Raiden was g@y.
I thought it was alright, quite fun in co-op so I'm going to get it as well. I hope they fix the aiming sensitivity because it is way too slow
Are they going to charge a transaction fee for this? :)
What the hell you had an xbox???
I have this system, it's pretty damn good especially for the price. You just have to tinker with the settings to get it to sound real nice. Don't use their Automated Calibration since they determine the distance and channel levels for you. And the remote included lets you control your tv, xbox, and stereo. You can sit on your ass all day.
It really bugs me that this game isn't demoed in the U.S., sure it's gory. But all you have to do is turn the extreme content off. I went to Best Buy the other day and saw Resistance in HDTV, the game doesn't even look better than Gears in SD
The PS3 is like the N64 from the PSX era. Sony's stubborn format adoption, lost of big exclusives, dominance of 2 generations, arrogance, loyal fanbase, and higher cost of development is very similar to what Nintendo faced during N64's release. The reason Sega failed with the dreamcast is because people had a bad stigma after Sega had their add-on debacle with the Genesis.
While I agree, I'm sure there's some families out there who are buying xbox 360's for their kids who cannot afford broadband internet, or have accessibility to it. In that particular instance, the core package is not as useless as it seems.
"Just wait and see", the PS3 is going to prove its worth. How long have you guys been saying that now, 2 years? And what causes statements like these to be said are the Sony execs releasing propaganda to hype the PS3 more than it is capable of. "Motorstorm in 1080p and 60fps, Resistance only uses 25% of PS3 potential." How about you wait and see that the system is not going to be the giant killer that you all hoped for. The fact is the PS3 is overpriced as it is, and ...
I agree, JRPG's so called "combat" is extremely repetitive in nature. You're going through numerous menus to pick an action that you sit back and watch. However, JRPG's typically have higher production values than American RPG's, so I still play them for the story and characters.
It was the most expensive, too big, and the controller sucked. Although the 360 controller is the best controller I've ever had, I wish the d-pad was more like the genesis.
I thought the article implied from 0-70 in 28 hours... This is not so impressive anymore.
I don't mind you rants for a PS3 fanboy. I do agree with Lost Planet though, I don't think it's that great either. But out of curiousity, how would you react IF Tekken 6 lost it's exclusivity? Would you change your name
Figures when the remote sells for 40 dollars and nunchuck for 20 dollars. Nintendo may have the cheapest console but their controllers are priced too high, although they are the most advanced of the 3 consoles.
