Whether or not that is true, E3 isn't about showing off old games its about announcing new games and other surprises. MS have taken on board the criticism about not having many first party exclusives and they have made and acquired many new studios recently and i'm sure some of them are going to announce their projects and show them off.

You really think a single game that people already know about and have seen already will overshadow a whole games conference (E3!) that will have multiple surprises and announcements? And you said "nothing ms could show would top this game", I agree the game looks amazing but this sounds like borderline fanboyism to me.
As many as is needed. The game is still really successful and popular, no reason to stop. Uncharted is on its 4th instalment, you'd be a fool to think they wont be making a 5th one, if they haven't already begun.

I hear you, but I think the "numerous" pc gamers youre talking about are heavily outweighed by the people that were always gonna by console anyway. Buying a console is way convenient and cheaper than building/buying a gaming pc.
I dont get why everyone says having xbox exclusives on pc will hurt sales, consoles sell WAY more than gaming pcs.
