It's asinine to advertise "87 bazillion" guns, and then leave you with 27 weapon slots. You push a collector mentality and then don't deliver a collector's game. At the very least you should have 48 - 51, the max of Borderlands.
The gaming industry has made it through much worse press while it was much smaller.
Stop charging people for free things with XBL Gold, get rid of Kinect, stop screwing around with "timed exclusive DLC" and start delivering actual exclusive games.
One of those things, the games, might happen. The other two are very doubtful.

The lack of high AF made me think it was consoles, but the particles make me think it's PC, on an Nvidia card to be specific. Definitely looks like it's utilizing Physx.
My money's on 4gb as well. 16gb is overkill for a PC, let alone a console.
