It's a damn crime that such an important expansion isn't on all platforms. The others can be considered extra add-on stuff, but this seems like it's gonna be crucial to the main story.
Hoping Bethesda releases one of their beloved GOTY editions on all platforms with all DLC.
Wish I could get into this one. Last year I was in Metal Gear Online, LittleBigPlanet, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, and Home, but I haven't even caught a sign up for this one before it expired.
I just remember an interview around here awhile back that had a lotta people in a "f**k Peter Moore!" kinda mood cause he was taking claim to pulling the plug on the Dreamcast.
Peter Moore was pretty much bragging about pulling the plug on the Dreamcast in an interview last year wasn't he? Really wish Sega was behind the X-Box instead of Microsoft.
Smelled this one being cooked up right after the one about the 360 was approved.
I think the amount of accessory compatibility the PS3 possesses is vastly overlooked by most people. I'm one of a handful of my PSN friends who actually utilizes the keyboard and mouse support. About half of my friends have upgraded their hard drives to 320gigs, something I still plan on doing.
Well it makes sense to show games that are already known, if you're expecting to find some Q409 releases. It's not very typical to announce something new in June that will also be coming out in Q4 of the same year. New titles need to saturate in the consumer's mind longer than a couple months. 6 - 18 months to be exact, according to David Jaffe.
All they do is trash this site. HHG himself isn't even that bad, it's the others on his site. He posts his share of baseless nonsense and flamebait as well, but the level of retardation between Agent-X and MattG is hard to top, even around here.
I'm pretty amazed that they're still allowed to submit. Even for N4G staff with their completely oblivious attitude towards crap submissions and trolling, this has gone on for an insanely long time.
I played Final Fantasy IX from start to finish, Friday night to Monday morning. Where's my award?
Hell, you want some real gaming dedication? Go award those asian dudes that keel over dead in cyber cafe's from days of constant play.
I think the Houser brothers would also like to see GTA in such far less limited way, if their own statements are anything to go by.
Hah, 'Agent-X's friend says it's coming'. My neighbor's, sister's, brother's, best friend's, pizza delivery guy told me that Halo Bowling is coming to the DSi. Rock solid, locked in confirmation, bank on it.
Agent-X most likely made this up in response to the whole "GT5 going multi" statement recently, and figured if he's wrong, people will chock it up to HHG being a generally horrible place to find anything but bullplop. If he ends up being right, then he'll go arou...
No, it's not fun, it's just a cesspool of idiocy and really puts this site on a pedestal as the pinnacle of retardation in the world of gaming news followers.
Great, NPD day. I see the "sales > quality" brigade is already here. How exactly do you guys play with sales figures anyways?
That 'new artwork' is a wallpaper Sony gives you if you filled out the God of War III Special Edition survey.
How is it an ambitious title? All it is right now is a title! Nothing is known about this game. NOTHING! This is f**king absurd. Classic N4G.
I think the only good 360 game of last year that we didn't know about at this same point in time was Left4Dead, but that was on PC too. Ninja Gaiden II, Fable 2, and Gears 2 had all been announced. All they did at E308 was show off casual things, demo multiplats, and announce that FFXIII was gonna be on the 360 in 2 regions.
The crickets are chirping, and the tumbleweeds are rolling.
Like David Jaffe said in his most recent blog regarding his own current project, P...
I loved Fallout 3, but I gotta say that it was one of the glitchiest games I've ever played, and it only got worse after their most recent patch. I experienced at least one crash for every hour or 2 of game time, along with a myriad of non-crashing glitches. I never played Oblivion, but I hear very similar things about the crappy technical quality of it. They need to seriously overhaul that engine before their next game, but somehow I really don't think they give a flying f**k.
GameCube version confirmed.
Yeah, the demo was pretty fun, even though I couldn't understand a word.
At the time, the PS3 wasn't even out. Gears released 11/09/06. Ps3 released 11/11/06. On that half hour-long MTV special to hype up Gears earlier in the summer, they said they were releasing it right before the PS3 to try to slow down the "Sony juggernaut". 360 didn't have any worthwhile games in its first year either, Gears was the first. Well, unless you count Dead Rising, but that was a summer 06 release too. People always choose to ignore that when complaining about the PS...
It's a crime to fans of the game who only own the PS3. You can stand up for Microsoft's game-fragmenting DLC deals until you're blue in the face if it makes you happy, kudos if you actually get something for being their loyal lapdog. I'm more interested in the 1 million+ PS3 owners who bought this, and are currently taking it up the backside despite their paid support of Bethesda's game.
This multiplat game fragmentation is utter nonsense, whether I own the console that benefit...
