While I realize there are plenty of 360 owners out there who are not homophobic knuckledraggers, the idea of some meathead Gears fan hesitating to buy it out of fear of catching 'the gay' makes me laugh... a lot.
It's criminally underrated. One of the best games on the PSN.
Very late today. I don't see the Crash Commando demo, possibly because I already own it. If I didn't still have Resident Evil for GameCube, I'd probably buy the director's cut.
Super Mario World is my #1 of all time. 2 and 3 are GTA: Vice City and the original Metal Gear Solid, respectively. Put a lot of thought into a favorites list awhile back.
SquareEnix... exclusive... PS3... does not compute. Wada must have mixed up where his underhanded moneybags came from.
The whole idea of MMO's on a console is pretty shaky, in my opinion. I've played them on PC, but I can't see myself grinding it out on my couch with a controller the way I would at my desk on a keyboard/mouse. The Agency is the only console MMO in the pipeline that I'm even remotely interested in, but of course I have no idea what this one will be like.
The GIRL concept would be great for the upcoming Katamari PSN game. Rolling in Katamari is infinitely more fun than stretching in Noby Noby Boy. I haven't touched the game since earning all the trophies for it.
Oh the horror, it seems like CoD4, as if that's a bad thing. I'm totally excited for this, absolutely cannot wait. The last part of the trailer with the rope, incredible.
Bring it on, Infinity Ward!
Yep, Avira didn't pick up on it, but Avast! did.
One of my PSN friends has been playing this since Tuesday. I know he lives somewhere in Europe, don't know exactly where, though. He had Killzone 2 more than a week early as well.
This game is on my E3 list as well. Hoping to see a lot more of it.
1.13 xwabbit nailed it.
Internet rule #14: Do not argue with trolls - it means that they win.
lol @ blaming Sony for the GTAIV delay.
Microsoft said it was the PS3's fault, Rockstar said it was compression issues (thanks DVD). Not to mention they were still developing the multiplayer well into 2008, months past the whole "it could be released on 360 now" date that Microsoft was crapping all over the place.
Anyways, if the Japanese version has English subtitles, I'm gonna import it, assuming it's region free like nearly every other PS3 game. Not go...
That GAF ownage was pretty impressive. lol @ GamesRadar.
They stopped taking commercial breaks during conferences last year. They're commercial-free again this year.
E3 coverage is the only thing they still do right as far as I'm concerned. Last time I paid attention to an "earth-shattering, megaton announcement" they were hyping, it turned out to be nothing but Heroes reruns. Needless to say, I'm not gonna hold my breath for whatever they're announcing, but I will be watching their E3 coverage.
Yes, yes I do.
The kid struck me as something of a placeholder as well. The game is probably a long way off, or these are really old/early shots, or both. Either way, cool stuff.
As far as PSLS is concerned, you guys still have a ways to go in terms of building back up your rep, but this is certainly a big step in the right direction. Kudos.
Haha, awesome.
"Kinda like an iPhone, but with an extra piece that you can lose sometimes."
I only really want Broken Steel. It seems like a necessity to anyone with the full game. That's why my ass was so burnt over this exclusivity nonsense. At least it's finally going to be available to everyone like it should be.
Good.
Bad taste? Sure, but it's a game, it's not hurting anybody. May as well ban damn near every hentai flick ever made as well. Another site who reviewed it put it perfectly, but unfortunately I can't remember or find the article anymore, so I'll paraphrase: "Rapeplay is no more a rape simulator than Grand Theft Auto is a murder simulator, and we all know that's bullshit".
