Graphics look a lot better but I'm not sure if that's because the screens are bullshots or they actually improved the graphics this much.

The way he's talking in the interview it sounds like they're ahead in the development of the 360/PC versions and have it up and running at 60fps and are still trying to get improvments on the PS3 version. I expect in the end all 3 versions will have 60fps, remember we don't even know when the game is coming out and he never stated in the interview the final versions of the game will run at those framerates.
Bioshock never really had villains, it just had misguided/deceived people who turned into something they weren't, the game itself was brilliant because there was no set evil you had to fight against and the moral choices in the game made it that much better. Bioshock is probably the best shooter I've ever played.
Q1 2009 was pretty good as well, KZ2, MLB 09 the Show, SF4, RE 5, GTA: Chinatown Wars and Madworld to name a few but it's not even close to what potentially could be the best Q1 in gaming history.
Q1 2010 is going to be insane, unless they're more delays...SC: Conviction, GOW 3, Heavy Rain, Bioshock 2, MAG(still hoping for 09), White Knight Chronicles, Mafia 2, Max Payne 3(maybe 2009)

Yeah, hopefully they work out the budget issues, they said in the article the director passed on doing a 4th pirates of the caribbean movie to do Bioshock, so I see them working it out and having the movie done by 2011.
Good list but Bioshock movie has already been confirmed. A Half-Life movie has the potential to be good. I think an AC movie is gonna be announced soon

You can't compare a quarter with a full year (08-09), we can see real comparisons when this year is done.

Fallout 3 DLC will never come to PS3 -Bethesda
No one should speculate whether it's exclusive or not because we just don't know and we can't trust developers words either as my examples above state.

Ubi isn't an exclusive developer, they've been developing multi-plat from last gen on, I definitely see a PS3 version coming out in 2010
Still on the fence with this game, the trailers look awesome but waiting on reviews and the demo.
